Initiating the project through the Yelp platform went smoothly and I was able to schedule service within a week. There were some communication delays as it got closer to the day of service. I had questions about the weed killer I'd purchased and wanted to know what the crew size would be. It took longer than I wanted to hear back and I expressed my frustration via text. Alex promptly offered to come over to my house and meet in person to answer my questions. JCB Landscaping is a family business and they had been celebrating their daughter's graduation, so the comms delay was understandable to me. The service was bumped to the next day when their trailer filled up sooner than expected.
