Just ask for what you want, some items, they can break up the package, others they can't. If you have a big freezer and love seafood, the prices are very competitive and he is knowledgeable about Ocean Wise products and the quick flash method. Great place to stock up to prep for Chinese New Year Cooking. If you want any special items, call first to make sure they have it in stock before going there.
