Not sure how they have such great reviews. I got a message from Arturo pretty quickly after initially contacting Happy Wall, but that was about the last good thing that happened. The day after contacting him, I randomly got a message that simply said, "are you there". Apparently this was his way of asking if I was home. After figuring out what he was asking, I responded, "I am (home), but we need to schedule a time for you to show up". This was to ensure that I wasn't in meetings, or unavailable, when he showed up and able to let him into the backyard to look at the project and potentially start work. His response was, "I'm m way" (I'm on my way) and that he'd be at my house at 1:40pm. I told him that I'd specifically be unavailable at 2pm as I had a meeting that I had to attend. Not only does he then show up 20min late, at 2pm, but proceeds to call me multiple times, ring the doorbell, knock on the door after specifically telling that I won't be available at 2pm. He did apologize, asking if there was a different time he could come. I decided to give him another chance and send him multiple times over 4 days for him to show up with wide time windows. That was a week ago and haven't heard anything from him. I'm not sure how you're supposed to run a business if you can't get basic scheduling down. read more

We hired them to do some minor drywall repair and then paint when complete. Their work area looked like children were let loose with drywall mud and paint! Their completed work -before we fired them-was equally unacceptable. We were sure we wanted to fire them after day one, and wish we had. Day two was just as bad or worse. First cancelled meeting his phones were stolen and called me at 8 pm to tell me why he did make our scheduled mid day appoint.
