Nathan, we only received a copy of the contract when we asked for it and it was NEVER signed by anyone. As for the bars, painting from the inside was NEVER mentioned. Ever. In fact, we were told they would use a "weenie roller" on the back of the bars and there would be no problem. I understand you're responding to the integrity of your business, but saying things that are untrue is not the way to go about that. I do not want your staff in my house, nor do I want anything to do with your company. Your people need to work on communication. My HONEST review stands at 1 star...wish I could give 1/2 star, after all the aggrevation we've gone through. read more

Xavier at Allpro was dismissive and untruthful. He came onsite to provide an estimate for exterior painting. a previous vendor had done poor quality work. Xavier claimed it could not be corrected without great difficulty and expense. I asked for the estimate. He refused. He then claimed that would be messy and time consuming. I asked for estimates. he told me I should go back to the previous vendor to have him correct it and refused to give me an estimate. But if the previous vendor can correct it, why cant all pro correct it? Xavier still refused to provide an estimate and left. He then wrote a report that he submitted to his company, saying that the reason it couldn't be done was because of my budget. He never looked at a budget. He never gave me an estimate to determine if my budget could've accommodated. it is simply untruthful to act as if I made the decision not to move forward with the painting project based on budget . read more

I had Brandon D. from Las Vegas come out to give me estimate due to then a pending legal action and he did; BUT, when I would follow up or ask questions throughout the year till I find a good time to get this repair done, I asked for readjustments on charges due me do self painting then was another question raised about mold issues when all this time, I had the walls opened up since Sept 2022 and needing to get this going, then found out TODAY that they won't do the readjustment w/no good reason why. I am not happy they're handling the situations for me as a retired disabled military veteran as it now held me out longer to get this done when I always did the follow up calling them and now have to find another merchant to do this all over again. What a waste of time with these people and half the time, Brandon doesn't respond to my emails. read more

My estimator, Cameron, made several trips to my house - first to do the estimate, next to help me pick the colors, and then showed up daily to check progress once they started. Love this company!!!!!!! I needed my garage doors, front doors, and back door painted ASAP. I was given the number by the neighbor who had AllPro Painters paint her house. I called and Cameron called me immediately. I chatted with him for a few minutes and what I loved was how relaxed the conversation was. No pushing, no trying to pin me down to a date and time. He listened to what I needed and gave me suggestions. I called him back the next day, he was at my house with some ideas of colors and within three days it was all done. I left a message and received a call back same day and had an estimate scheduled next day which blew my mind (have you tried to get hold of a painter lately? it's nearly impossible...) During the estimate, Paul was professional and knowledgeable- he even knew the exact name of the color of our walls just by looking at them which was impressive! We selected All Pro Painters after meeting Paul and receiving a competitive estimate for painting 19 doors and casings and a hallway in our home as well as some minor stucco repair around our garage. The initial customer service was absolutely great the young woman who called me to confirm my address as well as contact information and set appointment was an absolute doll. The All-Pro representative who came to give me an estimate rush through the process was not very informed on the product he informed me that they use a particular paint I've never heard of and could not give me more clarified information about the pain I asked the representative where we going to discuss colors and he told me we could discuss it later I've yet to have received my estimate I sent a follow-up email asking for my estimate I guess my business wasn't important enough to respond back to me. read more

From the estimate, choosing colors and scheduling up to the final walk through after the work was completed, everything went smoothly and on time. We had a whole house interior painted and there was not a drop of paint to be found other than where paint was applied. The paint lines were exact and not blurry. We hired All-pro to paint our master bedroom. They came the day we asked them to come, they were on time and did a beautiful job. There was a mistake and they used the wrong paint. We had paid extra for a higher grade of paint. They used the contractors grade paint. I called them as soon as I discovered the mistake. They came the next morning and spent the whole day repainting with what we paid for. They were very gracious about fixing their mistake. Getting ready to sell the house so we decided to embark on some upgrades and interior paint was top on the list. After some searching- we decided on All Pro mainly because they had a contractors license. Paul came out and did a quick walk through and sent a reasonable quote that evening. I told him I'd like to set a time for them to start the project. He said someone would be contacting me. I waited anxiously for 2 business days before I finally had to get a little pushy as far as needing someone to contact me about starting the job. I was hoping it would be a 2 man team for our 3 bedroom 1,200 sq ft home that was to be completed in 3 days however only 1 man named Marco showed up. He busted his behind all 3 days he was here. He was respectful and friendly. There are a few missed spots and some dribbles and drips on the walls and door casings, but we decided to take care of that ourselves. My husband interacted with Andy I believe his name was- the foreman of the job and said he was less than prepared as far as knowing the amount of the estimate/quote. He needed us to show him the email. I thought I would hear from Paul after the job was completed to ask how I liked the finished look or to say thank you for our business. We are extremely happy with the job these guys did !! It was a tough job; removing the popcorn ceiling, re texturing, and painting a ceiling that was vaulted all the way to the second story.
