He went out to check out the problem, texted back that both appliances just needed simple, INEXPENSIVE repairs. He went out the next day and repaired both machines. The drain line is still set up exactly the same as when we moved in and has worked perfectly fine. We were even told to call a plumber, and the plumber confirmed there was no issue. * Same visit: $287 to replace a dryer belt (part #WE03X29897), which is a ~$10 part and a relatively quick repair. * Visit 2: After about an hour of diagnosing, the technician blew off a sensor and the washer immediately started working again. * Visit 3: After the washer was already functioning, we were then advised to replace the suspension rods ($155). Total paid was around $660. The main issue isn't just the price which is absurd for about 60-70 dollars worth of parts--it's that the problem wasn't correctly diagnosed from the start, and we were charged across multiple visits before arriving at a solution. There was also a repair performed that did not appear necessary. Being publicly called a liar instead of being asked for clarification was unprofessional, Rick. I also contacted the main office after these visits, and the pricing breakdown I shared previously came directly from them. Sharing this so others can ask more detailed questions upfront about diagnosis, pricing, and necessity of repairs.

It started grinding and making a loud knocking noise during the spin cycle, which it had never done before. It also sprayed oil all over a load of clothes, ruining them. We called him the next day and left a message. No return call. My husband called again the following day. Still no response. The pair of delivery guys (unfortunately didn't get their names) showed up just before 8am removed the old hood and range and installed the new ones in less than an hour. Completely professional and I couldn't be happier. I don't need a new refrigerator right now but I know where I am going to buy it. 100% satisfied.
