The owner seemed knowledgeable and friendly, and willing to order or look into new releases for clients. Wether you're a casual or serious vinyl collector this place will suit you. Everything from new releases, to rare records and a well stocked used section with some surprises. If you're traveling, this is just a short jaunt (5 minutes) off of the I-5 between Ashland and Medford. Open 12-6 Tuesday's through Saturdays. Highly recommended for vinyl enthusiasts. I'd be surprised if you didn't roll away with something missing from your collection in your hands.

If you need good quality refurbished equipment, they can set you up for a lot less than expected. They also teach! Guitar at least, that's what I inquired about. I took my guitar in for repairs and it was done faster than promised and cost less than they quoted. I've read the other reviews that said they can work on customer service; and I can see how they could get impatient with silly questions and trying to barter a buck off a record cost. Come on though, this isn't a warehouse bargain store or dollar crap shipped from China. It's for people serious about music and I personally feel blessed to have their expertise in our area. Some I felt were a bit too high and the place is packed with records so you will often have to move stacks of records out of your way if you want to sort though the bins. That does make it a bit harder to shop but those two little issues I have don't detract from this rating. I did hear from the owner (Nov 2025) that they will be moving again and I think it will be near Rouge Theater next year so be sure to double check address or call if you are coming here. I think he said moving in 2026 but I forgot if he said spring or summer.

The store specializes in vinyl records and books, but there is a mixture of amazing antiques, memorabilia and a lot of other hidden treasures. Reasonable prices and really cool stuff! I am a vinyl record collector and I found a lot of rare finds. I'm sure I could've spent hours in the store and spent a ton of money, but I will save it for my next visit to town. I am very happy to now call Hrant a friend so I can hang out with him and listen to music! Wake up this sleepy little town when you're driving through and stop in to visit Hrant!
