I've lived in the area for several years, and have seen this little coffee shop before, but have…read morenever stopped because it's located on a really busy street. Today however, I was desperate for some good coffee while on my way home. The kiosk itself is really cute, and I really enjoyed the dog theme and decor. All the drinks are named after types of dogs as well. As an animal rescuer myself, I felt right at home. I personally drove in, but I did see that this kiosk was adapted to also take up walk-up customers which is great. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up, and I could tell the barista was genuinely happy to be there. I always greet baristas with a smile on my face, but sometimes you can tell the employees don't want to be there, and try to rush you through your order. But this was not the case. The small talk was pleasant, never forced, and not invasive either. She was super helpful and pleasant, and with the customer service I received at this location alone would make me want to return. The drink itself was really yummy - I drink a lot of coffee and frequent a lot of coffee shops, and my one pet peeve is when the menu says it's flavored a certain way but it's not obvious when you taste it. And here I tasted the red velvet! Yet somehow it was not overly sweet. I think what would have made this a five-star location for me would have been if they had a rotating seasonal menu with several options to choose from. Normally, I go to Bigfoot Java specifically because I know every month I'll have three different seasonal drinks. (But their customer service is never consistent) I also ordered three cinnamon rolls which the barista kindly offered to warm for me and my kiddos. They were so delicious, and perfectly doughy. As a personal preference, I don't really enjoy it when the cinnamon rolls are tough on the exterior and only doughy in the very center of the role. But this one was perfectly uniform and the icing tasted of delightful cream cheese. Just a wonderful place to visit, so much for having me!

I've gotten a red bull Italian Soda from there before and I ordered a 20oz (they only do 20oz in hot drinks so I had to get a 24oz, which was totally fine) but it came out to $12 (before tip!) I knew I wouldn't order that from them again. Lol The two most recent times I've gone I've gotten a an iced white chocolate americano with cream. The first time the gal added some water (which you normally don't do, you allow the shots to melt the ice- which becomes your "water" on your Americano) no biggie because it wasn't a ton of water and it still had room for cream and a good amount of ice. This most recent time the girl working was talking to me about her day before and she happened to grab my cup, turn towards me, and as I saw the cup was almost half full of water, she poured a shot in it. I didn't want to say anything because she was still talking and I didn't want to be rude and interrupt but she continued to make the drink and when it was handed to me it was room temp towards the middle/bottom and the little bit of ice that was in it, was pretty much melted already. Disappointed in their coffee/drinks but would go back for the burrito lol

We were…read morelucky to have already been on our way to Casa Italiana and could offer the treat to our little ones. The cafe is cozy and bustling with families. I heard that their coffee is great, but we didn't have a chance to order any amidst the hustle of the elderly women working hard to serve all of the children. We look forward to returning to sample their coffee, perhaps purchase some additional Italian fare (pastas, etc.!) and tour the building's historic photographs some more.

Having already known the location, the biggest perk is the ample parking lot! There are plenty of parking stalls. So much so that they have sectioned off a good area of their front parking area and turned it into covered seating. A plus for sure! Walking into the shop, you are immediately hit with the wonderful smell of espresso and the sounds of that espresso being made. There are signs on the floor indicating the 6 foot covid protocol. There were a few people in front of us in the line which gave us time to peruse the chalkboard menu and take in the brand new surrounding espresso shop. There is a small countertop bakery case showcasing panini's and all their baked goods. Staff is very friendly, answered all our questions and served us pretty quickly. There is an area where t-shirts and merchandise are for sale, a bar on the wall where you can have your espresso/coffee with soothing Italian music playing in the background. I originally went in for the cannoli, but left with a Panino Fresco, cannoli and a Nutella croissant. Took them home to share, and all were fantastic! I am really excited for spring and summer to begin so my friends and I can make this our Saturday morning hangout! My only suggestion for this great little place is maybe get some planters set outside in your seating area to dim the traffic noise a little bit, and more importantly, get your liquor license! This spot will be perfect for sipping a refreshing Spritz, Prosecco and/or Bellinis!

So I always order the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup that comes with bananas. If you noticed the ones I've ordered in the past it came with banana. But when I order DoorDash delivery, not only is it not a full cup, but it's missing bananas. Happened three times now. If they stopped adding bananas then that's a different story, but I pay extra when I order delivery, including tip. So I'm expecting to have the same service as when I'm in person. When I'm in person they all have great service, kind people. So I know they work hard, but I'm wondering why it's different for delivery when we pay more. ?
