Our tour guide was a retired high school history teacher and football coach with all sorts of interesting stories about the region. We passed Mount Baldy, the "living" sand dune that moves, at Indiana Dunes National Park and made it all the way down to a good view of the Century of Progress homes before making our way back. We also got to hear all about the ship, the Emita II, which is a historic ship from the 1950s, and about how it reached its current home. It was also very cute that Captain Jan had the kids come up and take turns at the wheel on the way back. There is a snack bar on the lower level of the boat, and there are restrooms on board. Free parking is available a little walk away - walk towards the Lighthouse Museum, as the dock is behind there. Definitely a great adventure!

I alerted her our flight to Midway was delayed and she monitored our flight and arrived promptly for pick up even at 3:30 in the morning. She was very friendly and drove us to our destination with no issues. They have extra charging ports for all passengers, climate control system in their vehicles. Their cars are roomy even with 4 suitcases and 4 passengers riding in the back. I accidentally left my laptop in the backseat after our ride concluded and they were prompt to notify me and returned my bag. I love that they take pride in their work and they made our experience very enjoyable! I also love that they are a veteran owned business. I highly recommend their services.

Our van broke down on a recent trip to Michigan. After stuggling with AAA in the late evening we…read moreknew we had to figure something out or we would be sleeping in a van on the side of the road. I called Acab and they were able to pick up my family and take to a motel. Then later after AAA did not respond when they were supposed again- 12:15 AM, the cab co was able to come pick me up and take to the motel. The owner/driver was able to find one of the local constables and we relayed to them that our van was broke down and we would be taking care of it tomorrow and to not have us towed. They also gave me quick run down of the city and where the fine eating establishment were. They know the area well. Big thanks to them.

Our first stop was a different travel agency and they were unable to book what he wanted. Not to mention, they made it sound unsafe for him to travel alone. So we went to Edgerton Travel and spoke to Jessica. OMG! She was planning on traveling to Japan the week before my son was. She was quick to put my mind at ease. She booked a non-stop flight from Chicago to Japan and back home and used a tour company with whom my son could contact if the need arose. She made sure he was booked in hotels with good ratings and included train passes for his travel around Japan. My son made some changes to the proposed travel itinerary and she was happy to oblige. When she was all finished, she presented him with a beautiful itinerary which had hotel information, tourist attractions and how to get to each area. She was even kind enough to give me a copy as well. I have to mention the 1st full day my son was in Japan, staying in Tokyo, a level 3 typhoon hit. He was fine, but it worried me. During my son's last few days, he wanted to stay a little longer in one area than was planned. Jessica helped him make the changes to his hotel stays.
