Sends driver out, all good, except the AC was not working on a 90 degree day, until about 15 minutes into the 20 minute ride. All good, everyone survived. Arriving at the restaurant, the young woman driving pulls out a Credit card reader and quotes triple the price, and tells me she will only get paid on tips. Fortunately I had both ( owner and brokered agent) numbers. called them both--got yelled at by the broker, repeatedly thrashing me, and telling me she had us down for 12 drivers, attempting to add another 50% onto the fee. I felt like an ass arguing in front of clients, but was forced to square up with this woman, adding almost $200 to the original price to ensure that I would not get stranded, 20 miles away from our resort. Tough to find the silver lining in this one.

I sent another email asking for an update a week later. Two days pass and I finally received an email saying to text our flight details and home address to him. Ohm, no. I replied that I preferred email and wanted a quote in-writing. Two days later, I finally received the quote via email and instructions to text our flight and house details. I sent the details via text, but again, no response for 4 days. I asked again: are we confirmed? Two days later, I finally received a text confirmation of our trip details and a note saying oh, by the way, I am adding another $50 to the quote due to "traffic". Dude, you knew our flight times from the beginning. If you don't want the business - just say so. Don't try to scam people. Do not use this service. His lack of response, shady business practices and jacking up prices after you already receive a quote is shady at best. I don't even trust him to show up for the trip at this point. Cancelled.

EDIT: I've read the owner's response and would like to clarify a few points. The accident occurred on an empty street around 5:30 AM with no traffic, and I was the one who contacted the police. We resumed our trip after the officer arrived and the police report was completed, as the officer said that an insurance claim couldn't be filed if the driver left prior to completion. I can't say I noticed if the neighborhood was "sketchy" as the response claims, but I'm also not certain I see how it's related to the incident. While I've had several successful rides with this company in the past, I've consistently observed drivers using their phones directly in hand, not via Bluetooth. Regarding reimbursement, I had not been informed of any prior to reading this reply; the owner simply asked me to reach out, and when I called, I received no response. Unfortunately, the company's reply seems to misrepresent the situation at certain points. When we finally reached the owner, she said the driver had gone to get gas and go to the bathroom. 30 minutes later we were still waiting. When the driver came back, she said the owner had made her go to another town to do a quick ride. When we questioned this, the driver told us that the owner makes her do this often. The owner then gave us extra time for the inconvenience which was fine but when it came time to pay the bill, the driver asked for the whole amount. I explained we already paid a deposit and she told us she wasn't aware of that we had to pay the whole amount. When I took it up with the owner the next day, she said the extra amount was a tip. I tried to explain that a tip would normally be decided by the group and we would give that to the driver directly, but she didn't budge and had still refused to return the $100 that we overpaid. She also has a pretty crappy attitude for a business owner. Avoid this at all costs. Just a quick Google search will tell you that the business has changed names several times because of bad reviews and overcharging.

The bus came right on time and picked us up at our bed and breakfast. The only weird thing is that there was a lot of flies in the bus. We pointed it out to our driver when we went to our first stop, and he took care of it while we were inside of the winery. He took us to every place we wanted to go to, and did not charge us extra for going over our time. If you are looking for a fancy bus that plans your stops, knows a lot about the area, and covers your tastings- this is not the transportation for you. If you are looking for an affordable bus that will take you where you need to go, and accommodate to last minute changes and to what you want to do- book it!
