Be very wary of having installation for exterior doors. After we bought multiple doors and paid for…read moreinstallation we notice another amount over $300. I asked what that was and was told it was just in case the door people have to fix or repair dry wall. We were told that we could request this money back from installers so we called multiple times, but could not get a response. When we didn't get response called home depot for help getting money back. Received a prompt call back but still have not gotten refund. I assume that because the installers weren't able to get additional payments from clients they just tack this on to everyone now but don't make good when they do not have to mess with dry wall. I hope it is not them trying to take advantage of old people. I need my money back.

A return was done without entering the store! Compared to Lowe's who couldn't fulfill and order for fertilizer even 24 hrs later, Blain's is amazing!!!! Also, every single employee at pickup has been wonderful and so nice. Quick, too! I have seen all employees wearing masks as well. I'll keep shopping here when I can because I'm so impressed. Mind you I didn't not receive my points for the purchase per VIP Customer. I only paid $900 at dealership previously. Anyway, Friday am I woke to tire losing air. Called Blain's Farm & Fleet- Warranty Work and ER. Nope you have to have an appointment. WHAT I have a tire losing air and need repaired immediately. Nope appointment set for Saturday. so Sat. 5:45 they call- close at 6. We can't find the leak. Really, I explained exactly where the nail was as it's a square headed roofing nail (brother is getting his roof done) he asked can I keep the car and get assistance and fix in am. I said yes, What time. He then explains I'll have to wait until 11 as I have other appointments. UM nooo I am a rollover from Sat and should be first. He said Nope I can't do that; I can't move other appointments to do your car. Um WTF? My appointment was Sat. not Sun.; I have been waiting since Friday to get a tire fixed. Never --Never go there to purchase tires. They are sooo messed up. I am furious and now it's Sunday and it's 12:30 and still not car!! I'm done!!
