Blaine's Farm and Fleet is your go to store for multitude of home, farm and animal / pet products. We stopped in for some auto supplies however I was amazed at how many items they had. For instance, my friend how is diabetic, lives the sugar free black licorice. And for the farmers they have medicine for animals in addition to lots of animal and pet supplies. I'd never really shopped at Blain's but during the Pandemic, I started to. Everything I order for curbside pickup is ready in under an hour. Everything listed in stock, is actually in stock! A return was done without entering the store! Compared to Lowe's who couldn't fulfill and order for fertilizer even 24 hrs later, Blain's is amazing!!!! Also, every single employee at pickup has been wonderful and so nice. Quick, too! I have seen all employees wearing masks as well. I'll keep shopping here when I can because I'm so impressed. I wanted someone at corporate office to be aware of how pleased I am with the extraordinary service I received. John, Manager service department at Bloomington, IL location, came in on his day off to fix a problem I was having with a car repair issue I had from a service I had received earlier in the day that I was having a problem with it. He went above and beyond to fix a problem. Also, Mike, the store General Manager, responded quickly when I called him to voice my concern with my service issue that day. Not so good on answering the phone for Service on your vehicle, I sat on hold for 5 mins then went to customer Service then put back on hold for even longer, the guy at the desk everytime I am there is very cold and obviously uncaring to the customer, not recommending this place for good customer Service forsure, hold times are endless, that's not good Service period , and like everyone else they will use Covid 19 as an excuse, that's not an excuse to do a terrible job....goodbye for ever bad Service team.... read more

I usually love this store! It has many nice and friendly workers and great service. I recently went here to exchange something. We hadn't used the item but there were a few minor things for why they couldn't take it. That was fine, no big deal, but when having them tell us this they were very rude! They hadn't said anything like "I'm sorry we can't take this because of.. etc." It was just we can't take that and the reason why with rude tones to their voices. I am not sure if they were having a bad day, but I was for sure not happy with the customer service brought from the 2 women. Hopefully next time, there is better service here. read more

I had an appointment for a flat repair at 9:30 so I took the tire off and brought it in a night early so they could have a bit more time with it. They call me the next day at 10:30 to say its ready to go.. great so far. Show up to get my tire not 10-15 minutes later and am directed to the cashier to pay. I go to hand him my key so they can put the tire back on and he tells me they dont have time. If you had me scheduled to get my car in, remove the tire, fix it and then re-install the tire, how do you now, not have time to simply reinstall the tire. I understand guys get busy but you couldnt take at most, 10 minutes to put my tire back on? I needed four new tires on my car and looked around yesterday. The place I originally was going to go to had my tires for 35 dollars per. Your website said you had them available for 45 per and the next step up was 55. (Approx pricing). The original place was closed for the day and closed the next day. Your website said you were open and had them available but when I called they informed me the shop was closed and would be open in the morning. I called made an appointment and was told that the lowest price tires you have were 67 dollars and change per.. what?! I was like wait the website says.. no sorry. Well your hold music ads say you will match the.. Well no I'll take my business elsewhere. You could say well my business isn't worth it because I wanted lower pricing but that was what brought me to your store and I wasn't wanting you to match your competitors pricing though your ad said you would but I DID want you to give me the prices your own website said you had though they were more expensive I could have gotten them a day earlier and would have been worth it. Not at those new quoted prices though and not with the person answering the phone that was just like no no no. I'll just go to the other place tomorrow I guess. read more

Bought tires here for the free rotation/balancing of the tires-- months later when I actually needed to get this done, took more than 4 phone calls to actually reach anyone in the auto department, finally got an appointment made... showed up to the appointment 10 minutes early, took another 10 minutes to even get waited on, handed over my keys and signed paperwork (told me it would take 30 minutes), so I shopped in the store for 25 minutes, go back to the auto department to find my car still sitting in the lot. They hadn't even started on my car yet. I got my keys and left. It's not like I just showed up, I made an appointment days earlier. I shouldn't have to make getting my tires rotated and balanced an all day event. I should be able to get in and out in the 30 minutes they told me. I will not be purchasing tires here in the future. It's not just this Farm and Fleet-- having issues with many different ones. Terrible service! read more

I just wanted to say that after being treated like crap at an auto parts store for what was supposed to be a simple battery purchase/change, wayyy overcharged and disrespected, the guys in auto service dept saved the day.
