We've been returning to shop here a couple times a month ever since. This is by far our favorite place to find affordable items we need for our home, and we also love checking out their plant section! If you love plants, they have a great assortment of houseplants, cacti, and succulents at excellent prices. The customer service here is phenomenal and we are super impressed by how friendly and helpful every employee single employee has been. All of the employees are very knowledgeable about their products and have always helped us with any questions we've had. We usually end up chatting with the employees because they are so friendly and kind. A message to management - Please keep getting new plants and lots of planters in stock! My computer picked the worst time to fail. I had a lot of work to complete and my computer wasn't…read morecooperating. It was caught in a boot up loop that I couldn't do anything with. I called Rick at Cyber Express, explained the issue, and he told me to bring the computer in. I took the computer to Rick and he suggested a temporary solution that I could use on a flash drive on another machine I have at home. Then, Rick put my computer on the work bench and found the problem and had it fixed within two days. Excellent work all around. He gave me a way to complete all my time sensitive work, and provided a more permanent solution for my computer. I'm very satisfied with their work and recommend Cyber Express for anything that might occur with your machine.
