The measurement got done and we received our quote for project completion. We reached out to pay for the services. Home Depot wanted to charge us $100 for delivery of 3 packages of tiles, a bag of mortar and a bag of grout. We choose to drive the 3 miles to the store and picked up the materials ourselves. It then took us 3 phone calls, 2 visits to the store and 19 days to obtain a date (plus a 5 day delay before they could come out). We then were contacted that the wrong mortar was pulled for our order. The day of installation provided us 5 men in flip flops none of which spoke English. Communication was impossible. During the installation one of the gentlemen unwrapped our pipe to clean his mortar crusted tools throwing the hardened mortar into our yard. The workers left the job site without telling us if they were finished. We had to call a manager to obtain this information. No instruction for re-installing the toilet and vanity was provided. NEVER AGAIN will I deal with Home Depot Services
