The leadership staff at this location are rude!!!!! I was looking for an item that was not in stock it but could be shipped. The very nice and helpful cashier had to ask leadership on duty and for the next 5 minutes I heard leadership argue about why they didn't want to honor the sale nor provide me with good customer service. If it wasn't for the nice cashier I wouldn't have gotten my issue resolved. The older white woman with glasses needs training as well as whoever she argued with over the walkie-talkie on how to provide customer service and how to conduct themselves as a leader and not a miserable person who needs to get another job. Picked up some sandpaper and other miscellaneous tools for a project I was working on at home. As others have mentioned, don't expect to find items that tout a lifetime warranty here. Rather, the prices are low to match the quality of the products. If you need the basics, Harbor Freight will have you covered, though. Plenty of other random items for sale as well. Great place for hand tools. Super cheap and most hand tools have a lifetime warranty. They always have great sales and most things are too cheap not to buy. ALWAYS check their website for sale items and print them off from there. They don't have the same sale prices in the store/website/catalog. If you bring in the site price, they will honor it. The prices are already cheap enough but some of their sales just make them ridiculous. Probably wouldn't be my first choice if I were running a full time shop but if you don't wanna spend an arm and a leg for a set of flare nut wrenches you might use only once or twice a year, it won't break the bank (think I spent less than $10 for my set). read more

Harbor Freight is the place you co if you need something for a once or twice job. Many of the tools are of decent quality and may last quite a long time. If they fail due to misuse, who cares? They aren't very expensive. Case and point: Your vehicle needs to be detailed. You vacuum it out, clean the glass, shine the tires, etc.. but the paint needs buffed. A few YouTube videos and you are a pro. You go online and see that a quality right angle buffer costs around $200. You go into Harbor Freight and you see it is only $40. You aren't doing this as a profession and you may use it twice a year. Money well spent and your car looks great. Harbor Freight is a tool and part supplier. The store is big and packed to the gills with a cheap selection of tools and parts. From power tools, to wheels for your wheel barrow and everything in between, they probably have it. While the selection is plentiful, they do not carry top brand items, so it can be a bit buyer beware depending on what you need from a quality perspective. If I really need something that is built to last this isn't my first choice, but if you need an odd item to get a job done, but won't get used a lot, this is the place to find a deal. Overall, I have had pretty good luck when purchasing items here, so I am sure I will be back when the need arises. read more

Hubby is a mechanic, so we have been here a time or two for a cheap tool in a pinch. He uses snap on for better quality tools and lifetime warranties, a lot pricier but you get what you pay for. This store has a lot of things for great prices, but it's very low quality. He has wasted a lot of money here on tools that just break after a few months of use, and when they break they shatter. He was working on a car when his ratchet broke and a piece of metal would have shot him in the eye, if he weren't wearing safety glasses. The only product he likes from here is a jack he purchased. We have seen poor customer service that we couldn't even believe was happening. A couple months ago we were waiting in line, with the jack he was buying. There were two cashiers checking people out. The cashier for the line we were in was ignoring the ringing phone next to her for quite some time, she sighed and rolled her eyes, and then finally answered. She gave the customer on the phone an attiude because they were calling to see if they had a product. It was pretty awkward and uncomfortable. Cheap products, and bad customer service make this not a very good choice. Do not recommend buying tools here if you want them to last you a while. read more

This is gonna be kinda long, bear with me. So a few weeks back, we go to HF to buy a trailer. Much to my joy and surprise, we find one on clearance for pretty cheap. It folds up nice, it's got lights with it and it's big enough for what I need it for. So, we (my wife and I) go through the store picking up various other items we need and had to the register. We get there and I tell the guy behind the counter that I want the clearance trailer. He checks and says they don't have it (and after a brief inquiry) says that the sign on the wall is not an indicator that they have that trailer currently, but that they had it at one time and it had been clearanced. I left the store angry because of the attitude of this guy. His utter refusal to assist us with this conundrum. Anyway, I take to social media. I send a message to their people on Facebook, recounting my plight. The next day, their social media director puts me in contact with their pr guy via email. Fast forward a week. I get a call from a guy named Flip (says his real name is Michael, but he goes by Flip on account of his last name.) Anyway, Flip says he's the store manager and apologizes to me for having gone through the problems I did at his store. On top of that, he gave me a great deal on a different trailer, bigger and and more compact folding than the one I had previously been interested in and at a lesser price. He said he understood if we didn't want to do business there, but he wanted a chance to make it right. And he did. I'm very happy with the outcome of my little issue. If you have any questions or problems at all, ask for a manager. After all, the signs on their wall say 100% satisfaction guaranteed, and they mean it. read more

This store excels at what it is, a discount hardware and tools outlet. Nothing fancy just good value with no frills. Highly recommend for do-it-yourself types. The tools are probably not trade or contractor grade, but good enough. read more

It's a Harbor Freight, this one has a slightly better selection of power tools than you usually see, but otherwise is pretty standard. There has been a big increase in their tool quality over the last ten years or so. So these days unless you're buying Matco or Snap-on you may as well buy tools here as they're cheaper and last about as long as the non name brand stuff. read more
