When questioned, he simply commented that the grapes were "really good." He informed me that he needed to leave to get a part and would return within two hours, which would've been around 3:00pm. At 5:30pm, after my husband reached out again, the technician replied that he was finishing his last job and would arrive shortly. He ultimately did not return until 6:30pm.
