Do not use this store for delivery. I have tried to order 6 bags of corn from them twice. The first order was the wrong product. OK so call goes out and they have no idea how to fix the order. Me being handicapped had to load the order in my own vehicle and take it all back to the store and deliver it for cancellation for wrong product. So I make the mistake of ordering again. Now they have a third party delivery venue called "roady" which they have no control or POC for and cannot answer why my order was delayed by roady. They could only give me their own TS 877 number which has no idea how roady works in the first place. Wow what a broken system, and being out of town I cannot get my ducks fed because roady delayed my order but I have no idea how to get hold of roady nor do they,,,, What a joke read more

Who would think about a Tractor Supply Company in Bradenton, Florida? Beach-yes, But there is one, and the store in excellent. We stopped in to get some grass seed to fill in the bare spots where we took out a row of bushes in our yard. The store looks like every other TSC. Such cute decorating items, T-shirts and I love seeing the baby chicks! (Though, their peeps do remind me of a bad babysitting night with The Birds on the television-long story. Lol!) Service is excellent. The workers we had know the products and were happy to help. I definitely recommend Tractor Supply Company and will go back! read more

I received the message I'd been waiting for - a Companion dog right for my Servive dog needs, was located! He was ready, and I was not prepared for him at home! Tractor Supply was my "go to" store as a horse rancher in AZ; i had not been to the one a mile from me. This was my first time needing that trusted place here in Bradenton, FL. It did not disappoint! Great selection of dog food. I always recommend people give 4 health a try. This is a brand only found at tractor supply. Just be careful when you grab a bag, the employees apparently use box cutters to open up the shipping package and many times end up cutting the dog food open. read more

They have a large variety of mostly anything you need but the people there are so helpful and extremely nice. They have clothing, pet foods, obviously all types of items for the yard, etc. prices meet the standards if not lower than the Home Depot's of the world. read more

Atrocious customer service. The manager needs to come out of the back room and see how her employees are treating customers. Or maybe she knows and that's why she stays back there? When I complained about a return/exchange and the employee couldn't elaborate why she was giving me a hard time with it, I asked to speak to a manager. The young employee stated, "I don't get paid enough to deal with you." Well, I am a professional and always deal with people professional manner, but this young girl had me awestruck! All I could say is, "Wow. I'll make sure corporate knows how I've been treated here today." The manager FINALLY came out of the back room and had to silence the rude employee who was still yelling and did not want to see me "get my way". The manager satisfied my return/exchange, but the damage is done. I will never go back to that store and urge others to go elsewhere if you want courteous, professional customer service. read more

I stopped in this Tractor Supply today to buy some of their 4 Health dry cat food, since I had a BOGO coupon. When I got home I found that both bags had small holes chewed in them. I didn't want to take them back because the food looked okay and it is out of my way to go there. I tried to contact them through their website, but their customer service autobots are useless. Both bags had 4/21 sell by dates, so they were reasonably fresh. I don't know if I will be buying cat food at this store anymore. If I do, it'll only be if they offer a real good deal on it, and I will be checking the bags before I leave the store. I suggest others do the same. read more

Always easy to get in and out of here pretty fast. Friendly staff. Random assortment of hardware store, pet supplies and other nick nacks

I ordered and paid for 6 plants that were to come to the store. I picked them up in a sealed box. Got home and all 6 plants were dead! Called and told them, now have to drive the dead plants back to get refund. Definitely don't order plants from this company! They must have been stored in a very hot place because they looked like they'd been dead for a while. :-( read more

What is wrong with the plastic rabbit hutch trays? I've seen these on the shelf last year and again this year. Doesn't the manager know when a product is defective or damaged? Gee, it pretty obvious to me. Why is it still on the shelf and on top of that, its marked down, like maybe you could buy and then just throw it in the trash? Come on people! Common sense. While we love Tractor Supply, the customer service at this location leave much to be desired. There is typically a long wait to pick up online orders. A couple of the sales associates I have encountered were not helpful and borderline argumentative when trying to resolve an issue. read more
