I first thought it was like a grocery store, but it turned out to be a mega discount store. We did find a desk fan here, and we also found many interesting items here. Generally, the electronic products are not the latest models previous models that still work great. The price is also very good. They have pretty much everything from clothing to electronics, from food to skin care products, from furniture to sporting goods, and whatever you can think of. It's more like a Target or Walmart. It looks like they do sell membership so that you can get a even better deal. I didn't join since I don't usually go to Walla Walla. The store is clean though the interior design looks old. If you are looking for something, you probably should try from this store. It's likely you will be able to get a good deal here. If your kids are going to school in Walla Walla, this is definitely a good place for your to shop for the dorm. The service was fine. There's a lady at the entrance greeting when you come in. The staff normally let us have our own space and time unless we walk to them for help. My experience has been very positive here.

What they did not tell me up front is that the screen that they would replace my i-Phone 16 Pro Max OEM screen with was a knock off LCD that gets extremely hot, burns through your battery, had numerous dead spots that forced you to press the screen to get it to work endlessly, and broke within the first week of having it despite using a quality case and a screen protector I bought through them which did not break, however, the screen underneath did. I paid nearly 300 dollars after taxes to have my phone screen replaced by them, and they gave me a screen that is so dark you can barely see anything on it, even at max brightness when you're outside. I am just highly disappointed in the quality of the product, and I do not recommend getting a phone screen fixed here.

I made a recent purchase to replace a plate I accidentally dropped and broke. The company's website wasn't functioning properly when I purchased a dinner plate....all of their dinner plates had the same SKU, so they sent me the wrong plate. When I contacted them (after confirming the issue was still present after receiving the plate), they blamed it on my mobile phone (several of their other items online didn't have this issue, and I shared several screenshots of the issue, and they gaslighted me saying it was my phone...I've worked on IT for years, and turned their website upside down before reaching out to them to get this resolved). The issue was fixed on their website after I brought it to their attention, and their "solution" for the customer experience was to pay to ship the wrong item back (I didn't have the packing materials to re-use anymore, because I recycled them before I could confirm it wasn't the correct item when I got home). We went back/forth a couple of days, and they refused to replace it in good faith so that I'd have the packing materials to return the wrong item in. They suggested I could purchase ANOTHER plate (keep in mind, the $20 plate cost $12.95 in shipping for this purchase), and use THAT shipping box to PAY to ship the wrong item back to them ($12.95 times 3 for a $20 plate). They refuse to speak to you on the phone, only Communication is through email. I finally spoke to a lady name Becky who actually laughed because I was upset that I'm not going to receive an order that I placed in December 12th. She passed the call off to Jeff, he told me that they are too busy to return calls. He gave me several excuses why. He told me that posting a review doesn't matter. I'm bet it doesn't. I'm sure I'm not the only Customer that they have treated poorly! They actually packed up two of the six mugs that I ordered and mail them to me. Both have no glaze in two spots. Shocking to me that somebody could pack these up and not notice that they are damaged. I guess they're too busy to look at their merchandise before they pack it up and send to the customer. Bottom line being no communication between employees and this family owned business has horrible customer service!
