I'm a builder, and we do a pretty large volume of business with Murley's. Our experience is based on a large number of projects. First, Dave Murley cares. He is very involved and he thanks us for our business all of the time. He continues to earn our business by delivering amazing customer service and asking about products we would like to see and actually getting them in for us. We have had some emergency situations such as some carpet being stolen from a home right before closing, and Dave has stepped in and made things happen in an amazingly quick fashion. He has personally helped some of our folks by meeting them after hours or on a weekend when it was important. We have never had him not bend over backwards to deliver great service. Patty is also awesome. She is very knowledgeable and also works hard to deliver great customer service. If there is ever even a minor hiccup, Dave is involved and making sure things get taken care of, and that everyone is happy. Their pricing is very fair, and their selection is very large, and constantly changing and staying current. It's not a big ugly warehouse that you are left to wonder through by yourself. It's warm and inviting, with a lot of selection and help. Dave and Patty both know their products inside and out and can help people make wise decisions based on their needs and desires. As a builder we have floor covering and tile places trying to get our business on a regular basis. We have no interest because we know exactly what to expect from Murley's and there is no reason to change. They are truly the best of the best and I can't recommend them highly enough.

She indicated that no printed, emailed, or texted pricing info was permitted, per Murley's policy. (Although that wasn't the case when I was pricing flooring with them weeks earlier). When I came in on a Sat, I was informed that no one else could provide me with the requested pricing on tile b/c Allie was off that day. Just crazy. I had already put $500 down to hold pricing on my 2,000 sq ft house flooring with Murley's. But b/c of the hassle when trying to obtain tile pricing, I ended up going elsewhere that day so that I'd be ready to meet with my bathroom contractor on Sunday with actual materials costs. I got pricing on everything I wanted in about 20 min! And they even met Murley's price on flooring. Let's just say Murley's worked REALLY hard to lose my business. But they did it. I'll never go back. And I can't recommend them in good conscience to anyone else.

Building a house an a massive undertaking and Mark did a great job working with our architect, the city, utility providers, and subcontractors to pull it all together. He was good at letting us know well in advance of any decisions that needed to be made and everyone was great about handling the inevitable tweaks during construction. Despite our late start (due to plans and financing) and absolutely terrible fall and winter weather, we finished before our hard deadline and were able to move in before our lease ran out. We couldn't be more pleased with the final product.

With three full and two half completely…read morerenovated bathrooms, a rock solid, beautiful back deck, upgraded main bedroom with new closet/storage space, and so many other little upgrades, my home (since 1990 - built in 1910) has been magically transformed. Kris, Ryan, and Dawson make an amazing team and they made this extensive project (one I had dreaded and delayed for years) an unexpectedly wonderful experience. Since I have never been through such a thorough renovation project, I asked Valley Renovation to guide me through many of the decisions that I'm guessing most home owners make on their own. I trusted them and they delivered way above and beyond anything I could have imagined. The bathrooms on all three floors are perfect, the dilapidated (and dangerous) old deck has been replaced and completely elevates the exterior, and my main bedroom has never felt so calm and beautiful. Everything Valley Renovation (and their excellent sub-contractors) did was in keeping with, and enhanced, the character of my home. Above all, Kris and Ryan and Dawson are great people.
