I love other Ace Hardware stores and was delighted when one finally opened in Wichita Falls. My…read morethree visits since they opened, however, have been so bad that I will drive farther to another Ace store rather than go in this one again. Why? Despite the vast empty parking lot, the inside of the store is NOT inviting. The aisles are narrow so you can't back up to compare products. The sales people are lost, untrained, and obviously miserable, making me want to leave quickly. I won't go back.
