I showed up and the old dude recognized my voice as the person who called, he told me to have a seat and they'd be with me shortly. I ended up leaving, but not after I got clarification that the shop was ran on appointment basis, even though the yelp account says that they don't and the jackass didn't have the decency to let me know before i wasted nearly 3 hours of my time waiting on their mediocre service.
