If I could give negative stars, I would. I went here once for a pedicure, the tech straight up sliced the skin of my big toe about the length of a quarter, deep enough to where I would bleed. I still have a scar in that spot from this situation. She cleaned it up, but I received no apology and was expected to pay full price. That was the last time I was there and I intend to keep it that way, will never even think of giving these people another cent. I wish I was exaggerating or telling an untruth. I went here because my sister in law loves it here and has been going to Alicia for a while now, she told me it was affordable and her nails always look great! I went in on Monday and asked for Alicia but she wasn't there so Alex did my nails instead. She was AMAZING! She fixed my previous set and made all my nails the same length (they were a little off) and added acrylic to fix the shape (she did this without me mentioning that I hated the shape). She took her time with me and my fill in looks GREAT. We chatted about our kids and lives. She was so friendly and really paid attention to detail on my nails. Lady was on the phone the entire time she did my nails. She failed to clean the polish off the tips/underneath my nails so a bunch nail polish is all dried and gunked up at the tips. Looks crappy. Maybe if she wasn't on the phone, she would have noticed. Only gave 2 stars because this was my first time coming here and the other employees might do a better job. Won't be back though. read more

I will not be going back.... I've got my nails done 1 time before coming here so this would be my 2nd time they were very nice and helped me pick out a color, she started doing my nails she interacted with me she had good customer service I asked in the beginning if I would be able to get the gold flakes on my ring finger she said of course I stated that I only got my nails done 1 time before this and I know nothing about nails and while she was doing my nails my friends nails were finished and I asked her how much was hers she said $40 I said okay and when my nails were done I asked how much it would cost she sat their and said it'll be mmmm $50 I thought that a little bit weird because to me it made it sound and look like she was thInkIng of how much she should charge me I come to find out that design was and extra $10 I never knew that and didn't see a sign I even looked around I mean if I stated that I never get my nails done and idk both hung about nails she should've warned me before or just brought it up just in case. So I ended up paying and leaving I got home and started looking at my nails and 3 fingers are looking crooked I noticed that she filled one side of the nail to much so it looks crooked and then it aLso looks like my nails stick backwards and it makes the nails look weird. I messaged the Facebook place because at this time they are closed and I told and explained to them what's wrong with my nails and how I was never told design was extra. They told me to call the next morning and we could discuss things. So I called and told them everything and how I paid $50 and I left unsatisfied I asked for a refund and to have my nails removed she then offered to redo my nails for free I told her I didn't want my nails redone and how I just wanted them off she then offered to give me a gift card to get a pedicure I told her again I don't want to get my toes done either I didn't want nothing redone or a free pedicure did I just wanted them removed and I wanted my $50 I paid. She told me she was in shock because they never had a customer turn down them to redo the nails or a told me that I could come in the next day and she would discuss and she would take a look at my nails. I went in the next day and I spoke to some lady and she looked at my nails and said that the lady did an amazing job and nothing looks wrong with my nails and that it is just a personal problem I never said the nail lady did a bad job she did amazing and have good customer service but if I am paying $50 for nails that are not how I like them I wanna my money back I don't care if you don't think they look bad you are not the one with them on you will obviously say they look fine because you don't want to lose money this is just ridiculous honestly everyone read more

They moved our appoinment to a different time even though the appointment was set a week in advance and didn't notify any of us. They then claimed we were past the 5 minute limit, from our original time, and didn't even offer a discount or gift certicicate for the mistake. read more

I went to Regal Nails in the Kenosha Walmart and the guy that did my nails did a real nice job that lasted more than 2 weeks , I was VERY pleased with it , but he didn't want to chat , just sit there quietly doing my nails but I didn't mind that . The man that did my nails was rude and very unprofessional. I have been getting my nails done for over 25 years and never left a salon to only go home and take off the polish put on. Before he even got 2 nails painted I told him I didn't like the color and ask to change it, i was told it would be 10 dollars to change the color. I then said that i would just like to have a gel clear coat put on. He told me that would be anotber 10 dollars on top of the color change charge. I said whatever and let him finish the color he was doing, the paint job was very poor looking. You could tell the polish was old amd needed to be thrown out. After he put me at the drying table and he dropped my purse and keys on the table top. I had to pull out my chair in the small area and hit 3 nails on the wall. When I told him, he got angry and was very rough taking off rhe polish to repaint them as if it was a burden for him to repaint them, more less as if I had done it on purpose. I know many that go there to get thier nails done. I myself have gone there before and had a nice experiance, not this time. After the way I was treated today I will never go back there not even in a hurry. I'll drive from Kenosha to Racine to get them done. I pay more but the experiance is so much nicer. read more
