I don't know if she is, so you decide if she is a liar or if the doctor has little care for his patients, or at least me. I'm the person who baked holiday cookies for them at my first appointment, after chatting with Barbi when I made the appointment and who gifted Barbi's two big dogs huge dog toys. Since becoming a patient 3 months ago, I contacted the office with 2 requests - once when I was having significant issues stemming from being undermedicated and once when I was having serious side effects, for weeks, after trying to 'get used to' the meds. Both times I spoke with Barbi and, per her suggestion, emailed her with detailed info to help the doctor understand my issues. Both times Barbi told me that she'll tell the doctor/the doctor "is aware" of my inquiry/"the doctor will call you today". I never got a call from the doctor. I also saw on the patient portal that they put another patient's info in my chart - I only wish I was 5'7" but the 16" neck I can do without. They also put down results of exams I didn't have - at my first and only in-person appointment, since they prefer virtual appointments, no one took my vitals. So some other patient's height, weight, blood pressure, and BMI are in my record. Even though I was not assessed for cardiovascular, respiratory, balance, reflexes, gait, sleep, psychiatric, etc. abilities, my patient record shows that I was assessed. My medical history and dosage of my one daily med was inaccurate and when I emailed screen shots of inaccurate info, Barbi didn't make changes. I finally emailed her a list of the issues and she removed the info instead of correcting it. During my last virtual appointment, I told the doctor my one daily med is still showing at half the dose I take. Barbi never fixed it. I don't think that the doctor and nurse are horrible people, but I question their actual concern for the patient, at least when I was the patient. Was. As in I didn't appreciate the lip service and lack of concern for me. When we don't feel well or have a condition that requires treatment, we are at the mercy of the medical profession. I learned to put more emphasis on PROFESSION, as in professional. When I asked myself, "do I feel that this is the height of professional care?"I FLED from their office, that was on day 4 after I reported concerning issues and the doctor STILL hadn't contacted me as Barbi promised. So, you decide if one is a liar or if one is unprofessional and disinterested in providing actual care. When I forwarded another doctor my email sent to Dr. Steinberg about the side effects, that doctor immediately scheduled a virtual appointment that day and prescribed a different medication. Night meet day. I went from one doctor whose office sluggishly promised action and then did nothing, to another doctor who couldn't help me enough. And beware, Dr. Steinberg gets paid the negotiated rate from the insurance company and then seeks the balance of his nearly $600 per session fee from the patient. Wow, questionable service doesn't come cheap.

The office is located on University right next to the bowling alley and Kentucky Fried Chicken by Taft. When you walk into the office there are all type of inspirational sayings and music that lifts you up. Dr. Dellarosa is the counselor at the facility who is very understanding, provides practical neutral advice, and really gives you great insight and perspective which you may not see. They take my insurance which covers the full cost of the visits. I love that I can go and receive such practical advice and thoughts that is unbiased as we know that friends and family are typically very biased. Upon completion of your visits, you draw a card with a saying on it which you are to try to focus on I see examples in the pictures). Then, they write your next visit day and time on there for practicality too. On one of my visits there was a mother in the office with two children and the mother shared how helpful Dr. Dellarosa has been with her children. So yes, they see children too!!! I would highly recommend you look into your insurance and give them a try. I know they take Medicaid too. Dr. Dellarosa really does try to make a difference in the mental health and understanding of her patients. She also offers seminars and will be making some of them virtual soon too!

I paid $6,000 for maternity care and only attended three appointments before deciding to transfer to another provider. After nearly two years of back-and-forth communication trying to resolve the situation, Galina eventually agreed to refund $3,000. However, despite that agreement, the refund was never actually provided. Over the course of this process I repeatedly followed up politely by email asking for updates or a timeline, but the situation was never resolved. Meanwhile, I had to seek care elsewhere and even pay out of pocket for emergency care through another provider. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. I was under Dr Seely's care through IPN for a very long time. I have seen several psychiatrists…read moresince the age of about 18, and I'm much older now. Dr Seely was definitely the best. He actually takes time to listen to you. He cares about you and what's troubling you in your life. Most psychiatrists are just ready with their prescription pad so they can get on to the next patient. Dr Seely is the opposite. He remembers your previous troubles and follows through with those on your next visit. If I could give Dr Seeley more than a rating of 5 star, I would. Any nurses, doctors, ect in IPN or PRN, I highly recommend him. He's actually on our side to help us. Anyone else in need of help, I would definitely see him. He also specializes in addiction and relates to us. He's the most honest, sincere and caring doctor I've ever seen. I saw Dr Treese prior to Dr Seeley and that was beyond a nightmare with all of his dishonesty. I hope this helps anyone out there looking for a psychiatrist with extreme knowledge.
