The consistency of care and the amount of time that Dr. Cepine spends with you getting all the information needed to come up with a plan and intervention I personally have never experienced before. I have been coming to this office for YEARS, And every single time I say the same thing -I am so happy I found this practice . Everyone is amazingly kind , its almost like one big family. It's the same faces for years which is rare with doctors offices . Being a diabetic I have been to many different offices so I notice these things , by far this is my favorite . I have been seeing Jenna for years , I feel so comfortable speaking to her . She is kind and understanding. I saw Brooke Laine once and she was also amazing . The staff is always on point , always so nice and always smiling . Thank you guys for always having a positive attitude , it does not go unnoticed .

I was surprised with my visit in the best way…read more Most of the urgent care centers that my insurance covered closed at 4 or 6 and I was scrambling to find someone and they closed at 8. When I got there, only one other person was is in the lobby. Just a note it's small inside plus they have seating blocked off due to COVID (Which I'm okay with). The staff was nice at the front desk and the paper work wasn't that long. I had another person in front of me , so I had to wait a bit in the exam room. The PA ( I'm saying PA cause usually doctors say that they are a doctor when they walk in, if she's a doctor I really do apologize ) asked me what brought me here and actually listened to what I had to say. She told me what she thought was wrong and ordered some X-rays. Additionally, she added an X-ray to see if what I thought happened was going on as well. Got the X-rays done and what she said was the right thing and she took her time out to explain why. Gave me a shot and I was on my way home. Woke up this morning in barely any pain compared to the day before. Thanks to the staff there for proving me wrong and taking good care of me.

The doctor and nurse were very knowledgeable and, above all, CARING! Even though my test results hadn't come in yet, the doctor still called to see how I was doing anyway and gave me options if I didn't feel better. That's unheard of in my experience! The Doctor was great and I was prepared to schedule the recommended procedure. I waited 4 months for the staff to get my insurance approval. After I called several weeks in a row I finally got a call back saying that my insurance wouldn't cover it. I requested my records so that I could appeal with my insurance. They never sent them. After many calls later they told me they would charge me $1 per page for my records. To get the insurance to pay THEM!! So disappointing. Now I won't go back even if it gets covered. UPDATE: The day after this review was posted the Doctor posted for me to contact him. He immediately made sure I could get ALL of my records, spoke to his staff, and called me back to make sure they took care of everything.

His staff is amazing and understanding, helpful and reliable when it comes to helping you in whole. I have never had any complaints with this facility because they've always taken care of me and my family member. Let me be clear, We are not related to Dr Chin or any staff in this Office but we get treated as if we're family. Even to the day I have started coming back with Dr Chin this year because I left due to Insurance reasons since nothing has changed. It's the same energy as before as if I'm family, everyone remembers me, especially Dr Chin. 10/10 I recommend them to anyone.

But this place is got a good potentials, initially. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. We did not get to see the doctor in the initial visit. Instead we saw the PA who basically just took down our medical history for future references I guess. We were supposed to get our blood lab work done in the same visit. But somehow due to some unforeseen circumstances, we were denied at first. After pleading with the staff we were then allowed to get the blood work done. It's weird to me because we always get our blood work done. In the same annual physical visits. We never had to "request" for this service. Oh well, not all the offices were as nice as our previous doctor. Probably will still go back for our next annual check ups. But the next time I'll make sure I request to get the blood work done in the same visit!

The office staff was friendly with the exception of Luz in referrals and Jackie Morales the office manager. Luz was so rude to me that I almost cried. I was so taken aback by her attitude. Plus I never got my referrals for two separate doctors. One I finally got after Cynthia intervened. I was in dire need to speak with Jackie about a time-sensitive issue. The person taking the message said she marked it urgent and left it on Jackie's desk. I waited 4 business days for a call back and by that time my issue could not be resolved favorably. Humana, Conviva and my eye surgeon's office also tried to reach her and she would not take their calls or return any calls. I can not go back to that office and have to deal with rude, unprofessional staff. I am nonconfrontational and would be very uncomfortable around those two.
