There's just something about a warm afternoon or evening at Harbour Park that never gets old, even if the stadium itself is starting to show a little age. We've been coming here for years and it always feels like a win, whether the Tides do or not! Tickets are super reasonably priced, which makes it easy to say yes. It's a wholesome, easy night out for the whole family cheering on our home team with the Elizabeth River glimmering in the background. The mascots can usually be spotted hanging out near 3rd base in the concourse for a photo op. Lots of tasty options when it comes to food, and I appreciate that there's usually something for everyone. We'll keep coming back, season after season, cheering loud for our Tides and soaking up that community spirit. If you're looking for a fun, budget-friendly, and family-focused night out in Norfolk, Harbour Park is the place. Bring your reusable water bottle, your glove (just in case!), and your love for local baseball. Go Tides!

My job hosted an outing at the Baseball game I had a blast yes I had to pay for over priced food but then Funnel Cake fries at Flippin' Hangry worth that $8.50 price tag.

Going to Harbor Park and cheering for the Norfolk Tides is always fun. It's a great place to hang out with family, friends, or for company functions. The food is typical ballpark fare--hot dogs, hamburgers, pretzels, and fries, to name a few. There's also a team store where you can buy Norfolk Tides merchandise. They even offer meet-and-greets with the Norfolk Tides mascots. If you're a fan of baseball, go see the Norfolk Tides play!

I love coming here to watch AAA baseball, and it's fun to hear who's been called up after a good game with the Tides to the Orioles. Pretty good prices for tickets, and you can't get a bad seat in the house! I love coming and highly recommend it if you've never been

Before I begin, let me start off by saying that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences and my personal experiences alone. So with that being said let's begin!!. For those of you that don't follow sports, this is a Triple AAA affiliate baseball team for the Baltimore Orioles Major League Baseball team!. We arrived at the ball park at approximately 5:45, we got our tickets and had to try and locate our seats. We had to ask three different employees before we were able to get pointed in the right direction. That's why I took of one star, but other than that everything else went smoothly. The seats were right off the 3 base line upper deck and the view was amazing! It reminds me of a professional baseball game! Sort of,kind of.. I am very familiar with ball parks from being born and growing up in NYC, I remember my parents taking me and my siblings to Yankee Stadium ( the old and original stadium that is now a park in the Bronx )and Shea Stadium ( which is now called Citi Field ) I know I'm telling my age, but I'm good with my maturity! :-) I'm a sports fan, so if it's a game I'm there!!.. I took a picture, but I was more focused on being there than taking snap shots, my apologies to my fellow yelpers ( I'll be sure to take more pics on my next visit ) I shall return again. Stay tuned!.

Great spot for a day out, offering a fun atmosphere and beautiful views of the waterfront. While the tickets and experiences can be pricey, it is enjoyable overall.

Way a beautiful location, especially once the sun sets. Seems to be a good amount of parking though some lots are cut off after a certain time. We parked for $6 under the highway bridges. It's a really nice park but you have to watch out for those balls! We weren't able to walk all the way around, but I saw some interesting food stands. We opted for fries that were top 5 and dipping dots of course; both coming in little souvenir baseball hats for like a dollar more. I thoroughly enjoyed my first baseball game. Thank you Tides!

We have a minor league baseball team right in our city! What better way to spend summer days and nights than watching the Tides? We went for Father's Day and it was perfect weather. Tickets are about $17 and there are no bad seats. We upgraded our seats ($6 more) day of the game to a 4 seat table. IT WAS WORTH IT! The drinks, food, and occasional balls flying for you to catch is a great way to spend the day! Cannot wait to go back for my birthday when they have FIREWORKS and Bark-in-the-park (Dog Day)!

Wow a friend invited us to their suite for a Saturday evening game against Jacksonville. After the game we had fireworks sponsored by Headwaters Resort & Casino. The new casino that will be built next to Harbor Park. Our suite attendant, Darlene was spectacular, always checking up on us. Had an awesome time. Harbor Park is a true Hampton Roads landmark and a must see sight.

Most beautiful minor league ball park in the country. We've visited so many parks around the country and Harbor Park is my hands down favorite.

What a fun day! A double header AND Wine Down Wednesday! I love going to minor league games; you are so much closer to the action! I enjoyed my frozen white wine sangria, too! My niece enjoyed her YNot pizza, as well! Looking for a nice night out? I highly recommend a night at a Tides game. We parked at Waterside and walked to and from the game after having a light dinner at Blue Moon Taphouse. We both enjoyed the atmosphere from Waterside to Harbor Park! A great way to get out and about!

Had my first Minor League baseball game experience here! Had a blast. This place is kept very clean and its appreciated! We took the Tide to get here (a 1 day pass is $4.50 a person while parking is $10 a car so for two people we saved a dollar). After getting off the Tide you just basically walk right up to the park. Buying tickets at the box office was very simple. No line. The only downside was that buying them the day of, you get stuck with the crappy seats. Which is weird because there were a ton of empty seats in the areas we wanted to sit in. Lots of concessions. We were kept entertained by the announcer and the small games in between innings. Navigating the stadium was very simple. And the whole place was well lit. We also got free hats! Really had a great experience for a first timer :)

Harbor park is a great place to enjoy a baseball game at a reasonable price. They have plenty of concessions stands and special event nights. Many of the concession stands are manned by volunteers who are raising money for a good cause. You can find various Sailors raising money for a good cause and other non profit foundations. Next time you go to a concession stand pay attention for their special shirts and know that tips go 100% their their cause.

Its not to bad of a stadium, but they need to do something with the speaker system there. That is the only thing that sucks.

The renovations they have done have made this place so beautiful. The restrooms could be better maintained but it's understandable when it's packed with people for multiple events throughout one weekend. Today I purchased a Starbucks premade cold coffee and it was $7.50 before tax. And a small hot coffee which was $4.00. I could have gone to Starbucks and had an actual treat. The food items are also priced pretty high, for simple things, like chicken tenders. I do appreciate the staff here, very friendly, informative and welcoming. You are able to purchase tickets online which makes entry easy, they also allow you to purchase entry tickets at the ticket windows, outside. Overall this is a very well run facility. First the venue itself. After attending several events here in the past couple years, we have never seen an issue before. Staff and security have always been pleasant and helpful. The cleanliness of the grounds, facility and even the restrooms have always been kept well. Food & beverage prices are not the worst for a venue. Now as for my rating. I will easily give this location a 5 star rating. But I would be wrong if I didn't mention a real issue that occurred on May 3, 2024 - General Parking. Was just awful. As you can see from the picture you can see the entrance to the area my small Hyundai had to jump over. Someone put a tiny board to I guess "help" cars get up over the curb. Needless to say it was worthless. Now there is construction all over the area and I'm guess this is why they are making this area General Parking. Since I don't recall ever having an issue until now. So I didn't ding the facility on this, but my guess is the city of Portsmouth is mostly responsible for this issue. But it is a real problem. Also recommend that if you're going to a show during this early 2024 season that you see if parking is going to be a problem. I don't know how long this is going to last. Parking in this area quickly filled up - causing folks to double and triple park. So go early to get a spot and be prepared to tailgate for a little bit at the end of the night so you can move your vehicle out.
