He carefully took measurements, explained my options, and showed me what would work best for my body and frame. I even managed to leave my glasses behind. The office contacted my husband right away and had them ready for pickup when he arrived, which was greatly appreciated. My post-operative appointment was just as positive as the rest of the experience. Dr. Ehret carefully checked my incisions, answered my questions, and provided clear instructions for recovery. After Dr. Pratt left, I reached out to the remaining surgeons at the practice for help, but they refused to take on my case or provide the revision care I had been promised. The lack of meaningful follow-up and support from the surgery center has been incredibly distressing. After trusting a practice with such a significant procedure, I expected care, accountability, and help when the outcome was unacceptable. Instead, I was left to deal with the consequences on my own. The severe scarring has profoundly affected my confidence and quality of life, and I am devastated by what happened.
