Although the service was acceptable, my pantry door was not working after they left…read more Called twice to have them come back to fix it and received a call from Natalie who told me that the men did not remove my pantry door. I said that it was working fine before they came and she said the men tried to call me after the repair, but I didn't answer the phone. I asked Natalie if she implied I was lying and making up pantry door being broken. She became curt, rude and dismissive. I told her I would hire someone to repair the door and deduct it from the bill. Natalie became angry and argumentative and told me that would not be acceptable. The men did come back and it took them less than 5 minutes to fix the door. They were nice and helpful, but the experience was ruined by Natali.

It's because the assistant to the plumber, that I've trusted for years, didn't use something that he should have in between 2 dissimilar metals. So the laws of alchemy apply & corrosion happens.
