He continued to be angry and hung up the phone after saying, "I don't give a shit what you guys do"! My second reason for calling him was to have my personal septic system inspected......not with this guy though. Don't know if he was having a bad day or what.....but he lost a customer and referrals from me. Too bad because he is a local small business.

The service lasted around an hour and they fixed the clog! Also gave us some suggestions on how to remain clog-free in the future. My husband said Andy was really knowledgeable and made the experience a lot less stressful with his humor. Each time he had an excuse, the ferry was off, or the water heater was sent to the wrong location, OR on my way I was looking at photos and realized you need to add a shut off valve. He had already been, they were HIS photos. After two months of this, he came to put in the new water heater, on a Sunday at 9:30 am. AGAIN, he looks at the water heater like he's never seen it before, and starts talking about the flue, and the pan, and why he can't do the job. I said, this is insane, you have been here multiple times, I fixed what you said needed fixed. He offers to reduce my out of pocket fee if I can wait awhile. I remind him it's been 2 months and I want it done. He keeps talking about nothing. My husband then comes outside and said, show me the water heater, get it out of your truck. After some mumbling, he admitted that HE DOESN'T HAVE IT. He was there to install it but HE DOESN'T have it. The warranty company had provided it to him 4-6 weeks prior. At this point we told him to leave our property. We had to say it repeatedly. He was fumbling with his phone, I asked what he was doing, and saw that he was trying to record us! So bizarre! I found out from the warranty company that he gets paid for every visit. So every time he came, but didn't do the job, he got paid. And I'm sure he used our provided water heater for another job. ALSO, he had been out months before to fix a separate water leak. Never did. We ended up paying another plumber out of pocket, when it should have been covered by the warranty company that we pay monthly for. Spare yourself all of the wasted time, energy, frustration and MONEY. Hire someone else. *I would have given zero stars if that was an option.

The tenants reported a leak under the sink so I authorized them to call Robinson Plumbing. Robinson's plumber came and replaced the P Trap and several other pieces of PVC piping under the sink and was at the house for less than an hour and charged $602.00 before taxes. I priced all the PVC pieces he replaced at Lowe's and the total price was $55.00. So a job that included $55 in parts and les than an hour labor cost $650.00 with tax. I tried calling Robinson's general manager to discuss the bill and he insisted it was a fair price and claimed it was a flat rate for the job even thought that was contradicted by their invoice. Do yourself a favor and find another Plumber for whatever work you need done.
