Take notes and ask questions. I would definitely use Zach and Mad Piper plumbing in the future. I did comment to Zach on communication. Overall I've been very happy with their customer service and field plumbers. Everyone has been very nice, responsive, and professional. If it weren't for some mistakes that caused a couple extra visits while troubleshooting the radiant heat, I'd give 5 stars.
