My dishwasher delivered from a big box store had an abortive installation due to the job being a bit more complicated than the contractors could do. Polite and professional from the start, Jason and his apprentice both offered to take off their shoes, laid down a tarp, and went to work right away. It was fun hearing him talk through the job with his apprentice and when it came to the more complicated parts he discussed with me solutions first. His professionalism even extended to ensuring some of the connections made by the prior contractors were reconnected by him so he could warrant the work, which based on his job looks top notch. Not just in solving the hookup issues, he took the time to level the washer, install the toe kick, ensure the mounting was aligned and secure, and explain the functions of the washer as it was running. I would have normally expected a few tack-ons to the final price given the parts supplied and extra complications but Jason didn't charge for it and the price was what was given.
