They preformed a computerized wheel alignment and installed a new set of 4 Pirelli Scorpion tires for the same price as the other ones. Now my family is back on the road, and the car handles great. I was directed to pay (use cash to avoid the 3% credit fee) and by the time I was done, my tires were already off and being swapped out. I didn't notice a waiting area (it was a bit cold out but tolerable) but in honesty, it wasn't really needed as I basically blinked and my new tires were on and I was being told that I was ready to go. Overall, every single person I interacted with was absolutely amazing. From talking to Nick to get the right tire and have all my questions answered, to the man directing me to the correct bay to pull my car in, to the cashier (slightly hard to hear with all the noise but ok), to the two men who installed my new tires, I was incredibly impressed! They are a smaller shop than some others around me and the owner (Jason) said he'll order the tires and have them by 10 a.m. the next day. The following day, I arrived at 10 a.m. and as promised, the tires were waiting. They got me into the shop right away and performed the required work. The guys in the shop definitely knew what they were doing, which isn't always the case when you take your car to bigger, chain store tire shops. So I was very satisfied with the price, quality of work and the minimal time and effort spent there getting the work done. Additionally, as luck would have it, I must have ran over a screw the following day which caused one of the tires to have a slow leak. I returned to the shop and just wanted to get the tire plugged. I know it only costs a few bucks, but when I explained to Jason (the owner) what happened, he wouldn't take any money from me. Like I said, it only costs a few bucks, but that kind gesture goes a very long way with customers these days. As far as I'm concerned, it's how you definitely keep a customer. He didn't ask I write a review, and because of such, I MUST recommend this shop to anyone looking for tires or an alignment. Thanks, Leo! As a side note, NYS Discount Tire is a Tire Rack "Recommended Installer." If you're hesitant about order tires online, don't! You order the tires you want on Tire Rack and for shipping you can choose whether to have the tires shipped to your house (which is a no thanks for me) or you can have the tires shipped directly to NYS Discount Tire. When the tires arrive, NYS calls you to let you know they've arrived. I had fou- slim profile tires installed on my 2014 VW Passat and it cost $90 for the install/balance. Cheaper than All Weather Tire down the street!
