I have been taking my animals to St. Francis for over 10 years .... I was reading through the reviews and stumbled upon some great and some negative ....I was truly shocked to read some negative reviews ... I can speak from personal experience when I tell you both Dr Lin and Dr. Noble as well as the rest off the staff are well educated very experienced, professional and very passionate about what they do ... They save animals lives, help you to care for them properly through experience and education ... They are not called pampered pooch ... They are DR's ....I have been in the office when strangers off the street have brought in sick and injured animals who have needed emergency care and immediately these sweet animals were cared for no questions asked then kept till they could find homes for them ....They are in it for the love of animals ......not profit ....( all business have to make money to sustain thats reality) I just recently had to put down my Kitty who was 14 ... It was a very sad day for me Dr. Lin and Joy were both caring and compassionate .They gave me the time I needed to spend with my kitty to say my goodbyes . 2 day later something happened with my little dog . His back legs or hip something just wasn't right I got an appointment next morning by that time he was dragging his in tire back end I brought him in ... I saw Dr. Noble who was very thorough understanding and straight forward .. He sent me straight over to a neurologist .... Now DR. Noble could have done tests, blood work x - rays .. If they were in it for the money but, no he explained that the Neurologist would want to do thr own blood work and tests and It wld make no sense to pay for it twice. Now unfortunately I also had to put down my little dog ... So My husband went back to St. Francis to see Dr. Noble who was very understanding and we laid our Perry to rest . In my 10 years of experience with St. Francis my animals have been cared for ....All expenses have always been explained .... and I have always been treated with nothing but respect ... I have been going to St. Francis for the past 8 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Noble and Dr. Lin are great people and I know my cats are being cared for at the highest standards. I adopted 2 cats from my friend (she had a litter of 12!) I named them Hank and Lovey. One of my cats (Hank) had cardio myopathy and only lived to 5 years of age. It was a terrible experience for me losing one of my pets, but I was thankful St. Francis was there for me. They did everything they could to prolong my time with Hank which meant the world to me. They were so caring to me and Hank when we went in for our last visit. It was a very tough time for me knowing it was time to let him go. Dr. Noble was very consoling and you could see in his eyes he cared about my pet as much as I did. Having a doctor take care of your best friend and seeing the passion he has for animals of all kinds is something special. I still take my other cat there on a regular basis to keep her healthy and happy. I would recommend this vet clinic to anyone in the area. Well you can't please everyone apparently from reviewing some of these rude reviews, but speaking from my own personal experience I have had nothing but great service at St. Francis Animal Clinic!!! Dr. Noble and Dr. Lin are both different doctors, they have different personalities but they have been partners at the clinic for years and have a great thing going! The office is simple and very clean. They have lovely staff that is very personable and accommodating to you and your pets. I have seen both vets interact with customers and they are very good with the clients. The first time I took my dogs (I have a lab and a yorky) I was impressed and knew my babies were in good hands. To that one review about the cost of your pet's health- you probably should've considered not getting a pet if you are thinking its gonna be free. Pets are like family, and you need to be able to afford healthcare for your pet as you would your own child. It is worth every penny to make sure your loved ones are safe and healthy. We had been living in Naples for over twenty-years and when our regular vet moved from the area almost ten years ago, we were at a loss. As the owners of dogs, cats and a variety of exotics in addition to fostering dogs and cats for several rescue organizations, our veterinary relationship is vital to our lifestyle. We moved our care to St. Francis Animal Clinic at the recommendation from another rescuer and could not be more satisfied with the quality of care and personal relationship we have received. From neutering our sugar gliders to treating severe injuries and illnesses in our rescues, Drs. Lin and Nobel have been a huge asset. I have an elderly dog that unfortunately has developed lots of health issue recently which requires me to be at the clinic a lot. Everyone there is very understanding of my needs and very helpful. The doctor's and staff are ALWAYS on task and there for me and my dog. Its saddens me to read such negative comments like the one from Marilyn, I happened to be there the day you came in and you left out some facts. For example the way you had an estimate done prior, the way you signed an agreement AND the fact that you left in Mercedes SUV.. now call me crazy but that doesn't sound broke nor does it sound like you were blind sided. I can't speak for everyone but I know I would never go anywhere else and lots of my friends and family go there. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! read more

St. Francis Animal Clinic and staff provided me with professional care at an affordable price. At the time, I was travelling through Estero with my girlfriend when our German Sheperd became ill. At the time, I did not know of any local animal clinics. So after making a run to the nearby Publix and asking a few individuals I was directed toward St. Francis. My personal experience at the clinic was with Dr. Lynn, who was friendly and entirely knowledgeable on the subject of canine care. An avid fan of German Sheperds herself, she was able to diagnose Duke and provide us with a simple and affordable treatment plan. If I was ever in the area and in need of animal care I would return to St. Francis without hesitation. read more

I have known Dr Lin for YEARS!! She has worked on many of my pets and I would trust her completely and fully with any and all of my pets.I also know she stays current on all anesthesia protocols and current trends in veterinary medicine. She has always been reasonable and fair. I also know quite a few people that take their fur kids to SFAC and absolutely love Dr. Lin!!! Not to mention all the great things she does for the community, volunteering her time working on the Conservancy's animals when needed and always willing to share her knowledge and wisdom with anyone that asks. My cat has heart disease and requires a lot of monitoring. In the four years he was a patient at St Francis I found him to always have excellent care. Both veterinarians Dr Noble and Dr Lin have assisted me a great deal in keeping track of his heart, adjusting his medicine regimen and he is still going strong as ever! I am careful with his stress level and he has never seemed overly stressed out from any of his appointments. My Kenyan sand boa has also visited the clinic, and I would be comfortable taking any pet there because they have a very wide range of experience and see patients from the local zoo. St. Francis, Dr. Noble, and Dr. Lin have been in Naples for a very long time and have always treated myself and everyone I know that goes there with the utmost kindness and respect (with plenty of treats and petting for our four legged friends as well!) From the routine procedures (vaccines, fixing) to even the occasional emergency, I can say with confidence that I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. I have been to other vets in the past and can say that I am always most comfortable and feel like everyone is giving me and my pets 100% of their attention...which is what I look for most in a doctor either for myself or for my pets! read more

I have been taking my dog to St Francis animal clinic for twelve years. I find Dr. Lin and Dr Noble and the staff to be very professional and very caring. My dog is a police K9 ( retired now) and he is very picky about who he is around and who touches him. Dr Lin does a great job with him and he just loves her. I also find their prices to be VERY reasonable! If you want free veterinarian services go somewhere else. I have also recommended them to many of my friends and they are all happy with the service. My family has been taking our pets to see Dr Lin for at least 20 years. We have never been anything short of pleased every time we see her. Dr Lin genuinely cares about each and every one of our animals and answers any questions we have thoroughly, even down to the family hamster. I've never seen such compassion from a vet. You can definitely tell the love she has for her job and the animals that she treats. She always goes above and beyond to make sure animals are getting the proper care that they need. A little over a week after hurricane Irma hit Naples, I found a gravely ill cat in my mothers's back yard. After a recommendation from The Conservancy, I rushed the cat to the office of St Francis Animal Clinic. The cat was seen immediately by the veterinarian. It was very close to closing time. The veterinarian successfully diagnosed the emergency situation and with great compassion treated the cat. Her name is Dr. Damien Lin. Dr. Lin would not take payment for the cats treatment. My cat, Snowball was part of our family and lived to the ripe old age of 21 with the help of St Francis Animal Clinic. My dog is happy here! He is a three year old German Shepherd and is already VERY set in his ways. Dr. Lin and her staff have been very understanding and accommodating to his needs. I can tell that they truly care about the animals that they treat! He has a sensitive stomach and needed to be seen several times outside of regular visits when he was younger. I have personally known both Dr Noble and Dr Lin for many years. The staff at St. Francis Animal Clinic is both professional and educated. People say you get what you pay for and I feel that this clinic is both worth every penny and very competitive in their prices compared to the other clinic in the area.
