Amazing service and great care for my little one. Dr. Booth was amazing! She was attentive, called me multiple times and always answered my calls.

They were wonderful with my nervous dog! Didn't push any unnecessary tests etc. I was very pleased with the experience.

Ask the Community - Florida Veterinary Referral Center

How's the pricing?

Yes the fees are not only pricey but you must pay before they do any tests. I literally spent thousands of dollars at this facility for a specialist and never received a diagnosis for my little dog and she died in my arms

There are moments in life when gratitude becomes so overwhelming that words feel too small to hold…read moreit. That is exactly how I feel when I think about Dr. Rick Lee and the extraordinary team at EasyVet. For four years now, they have cared for my two little girls, my senior chihuahuas, my whole heart, with a level of compassion and dedication I didn't even know existed in veterinary medicine. I have taken my girls to many veterinarians over the years, including specialty hospitals and board‑certified surgeons. None, absolutely none, have ever come close to the sincerity, gentleness, knowledge, and confidence that Dr. Lee brings into every single appointment. He listens. He explains. He cares. He encourages. And he shows it in everything he does. He treats my girls as if they were his own, and that is something you cannot put a price on. Recently, my thirteen year old girl, Holly, developed a massive lipoma that several veterinarians hesitated to remove. A specialty hospital quoted me thousands, over $2500 for a CT scan alone, and more than $4000 for the surgery, and still didn't give me the reassurance I needed. I don't discredit their work, but something in my heart told me to trust Dr. Lee instead. And I am so grateful I did. Dr. Lee was thorough, thoughtful, and precise. He performed every test that was actually necessary, nothing more, nothing less. He explained everything with kindness and confidence. And when it came time for surgery, he did it perfectly. My Holly came out safe, comfortable, and healing beautifully. The relief I felt is something I will never forget. There is nobody like Dr. Lee. Truly. His compassion is unmatched. His knowledge is extraordinary. His humility is rare. And his love for animals is something you can feel the moment he walks into the room. I trust him with my girls' lives, and I always will. Always. To Stephanie, Angelique, Summer, and every single member of the EasyVet team: thank you. Thank you for your warmth, your patience, your kindness, and the way you treat my girls like family. You are all part of why I will never go anywhere else. And to you, Dr. Lee, if you ever read this, I hope you know how deeply you are appreciated. I hope you know how much comfort you've brought into my life. I hope you know that my girls love you just as much as I do. You are one of a kind, and I am endlessly grateful for you. There will never be another veterinarian like you. We love you! - Cassandra, Holly, and China!

This is a new generation of vets, they only do wellness check and tell you to go to the emergency care. I brought a sick cat on Monday, was charged $625 for urine test blood test and 2 shots and a medication. I left with no diagnosis, had to research on the internet with blood test results. Dr Mackenzie Gray never cared to follow up with me as I left with a sick cat. Came back for a follow up today and was actually asked to leave the practice for questioning her on wanting me to go to the urgent care instead of actually diagnosing my cat and coming up with plan. I have been coming to this practice for 5 years and was really satisfied with Dr Gregory. This is a vet from Temu, 3 months in the practice and kicking people out. Now I understand why some people I know have already left this place to never come back. (And in addition if you have a cat, they do not know how to handle them, they actually looked scared) They use AI to answer the phone so you have to talk to a robot. I was fooled, I didn't know but now I do.

Dr. Gregory and his team proved to be the best choice as they took exceptional care of my baby Apollo from the beginning. Apollo was older and had medical issues. Dr. Gregory's prices were very reasonable for the required tests and exams. When the time came to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to Apollo, everyone at the clinic was patient and understanding, even shedding tears with me. They allowed me to take my time in saying goodbye without any pressure to leave immediately. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Dy Gregory and his staff.

*** DANGEROUS FOR BIRDS ***…read more Culture already took 2 weeks in lab, then clinic sat on positive enterobacter results two more days (Mon-Tue) despite knowing Kali's symptoms--emailed Wednesday only, no doctor call to discuss results. No phone call to check on Kali during two week plus culture waiting period. Unanswered email March 8th. Multiple calls and in-person inquiries noted by front desk, passed to doctors--zero responses over a long period of time. Reached out about gabapentin/meloxicam/saline drops and Kali's increase uric acid levels--front desk claimed messages passed to doctors, zero responses. Total radio silence on CRITICAL med questions related to kidney health. Never set communication boundaries, so I called when needing answers--they dodged, then fired me mid-treatment leaving my bird abandoned without veterinary care. They were supposed to provide up to date records yesterday which has not been provided. I requested current notes, culture and script. They said " Didn't you just get records?" I did 2 weeks ago. Doesn't include up to date. CONTAMINATED gabapentin--clinic manager admitted reusing dirty peanut butter syringes in bird med bottles as if it were written into normal procedures. Stated they do this for ALL their birds. Put a used syringe with gabapentin in a pill bottle with liquid medication in its own bottle, liquid med spilled inside pill bottle, used peanut butter syringe inside and top closed. I am glad I caught this because it would have sat overnight and turned into a science project. ***BASIC MICROBIOLOGY*** I took the contaminated project back and the same manager handed me clean syringes. I said no I'm here for gabapentin that is not contaminated. She slammed her hands on the desk and rolled her chair out and sighed with annoyance. She marched into the other room and brought an already created gabapentin to me that was not contaminated. Very poor communication practices. Extreme lack of patient education. Lack of infection control protocol. Place has a musty, mildew smell and caked dust and dog hair in exam rooms which appears disinfection between patients is lacking. Navy Corpsman/RN-BSN had to treat conure alone. Doctors also seem to be gone a lot. Go elsewhere.

We contacted Animal Hospital of Bonita Springs, and they got us in immediately for a 2nd opinion. Absolutely amazing and very caring Vets and office staff. Will never go anywhere else. This place is top-notch!

I tried everything, but I couldn't safely get scissors between the string and her tiny tongue. Panicked, I rushed her to San Carlos Animal Hospital hoping someone could help. Even though they normally don't see baby chicks, the staff immediately went to ask the doctor if they could at least remove the string. The moment Dr. Steely came out, they quickly took my chick straight to the back, and within minutes he had the string removed using tiny precision scissors. The urgency, compassion, and kindness they showed for such a tiny little life absolutely amazed me. Everyone there was so wonderful through the entire process, and I'm incredibly grateful they took the time to help her so quickly. Thank you all so much for caring the way you do.

The vet came in and didn't even touch or look at him and said he would need to fully sedate and shave him all down. He has a beautiful long coat and only two small mattes under his armpit. I was told to make another appointment for the following week and was charged $83 for them to just weigh my cat. Didn't even look at his eye which I was also concerned about. The vet look very hungover or still half asleep and had no bedside manner. The only good part was the technician who was very kind. But this is not what I was told on the phone for price or procedure and I feel completely ripped off for an "exam". Can't even imagine what they would have charged for the actual appointment! Will never return or would trust them with a pet.
