It is the worst facility ever and should be closed. Human waste on the floor, no equipment for use and the check in was horrible. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. In addition, they do not deserve a one star. read more

My sister spent a couple weeks here. What a horrible place. She would call for help and help would take an hour or two....often NEVER. My other sister spent long days at her bedside and witnessed the neglect firsthand. Trying to get help to and from the bathroom was nonexistent. Don't send your family member to this hellhole unless you don't care at all about them. read more

this facility ( Harbor view Nursing and Rehabilitation Center) I think all of same, has same address ,but it is mostly for people who can move around some on their own, but my family member, was sent there with a trachea and barely able to walk (pretty much bedridden), and they don't seem to want to deal with a patient that can't help himself. the outside of the facility is very nice, but the rooms are in very bad shape furniture run down broken and beds have no bedrail, seems they have received hospitals hand me downs ,tray tables old & rusty, but there might be 1 or 2 caregivers that care, the rest don't seems to give a damn and they lie to you , he stay wet from pee or poop, don't get changed often and has bed sores, things have happen to my family member and no one knows anything ,he has fallen out the bed (no bed rails) bruised up and no one can tell you what happened and incident (according to them not been reported), they claim they try to call you but their ph# never show up on your phone (go figure) we have visited and try to get a caregiver /nurse to the room ,we push call button ,go to nurse office or front desk to ask to speak to someone , on numerous occasions and no one come to talk to you, after being there for hours, we have found our family member (who has a trachea) trachea need cleaning out and he was not breathing good and again we requested a nurse no one came to the room, next day he was sent to hospital with pneumonia. rooms are not cleaned regularly especially not on weekend trash overflowing, don't seems to be supervisor or anyone in charge there on weekends we ask for room to be cleaned on a Saturday, trash was pulled but the soiled/dirty linen and gowns piled up in bathroom couldn't be pulled out because no one would be there until Sunday to do that(really) not happy with this place trying to see if there is somewhere else to send him read more
