This was our first time purchasing a boat so we had many questions! While talking to Tim we explained that the boat would be taken up to the Pa mountains where we have a summer place. Among the many questions we had about the boat we also had questions about the trailer. One of the questions I asked was what kind of breaks are on the trailer. Tim said the breaks would be checked during the trailer prep before pick up day and he would let me know then. On the day we picked up the boat Tim told me that the breaks were drum breaks and that they were in good condition. The following day I took the trailer to be inspected in Pennsylvania, which has to be done yearly. I was told by the inspector that the trailer has NO BREAKS! He said that they had been completely removed! At this point I called Tim and had to leave a message. I never heard back from him. I then called Tim's boss Earl Schock. I explained the situation and he assured me that he would make things right by putting breaks on the trailer. Since speaking with him I haven't heard anything back. I have called at least three dozen times in the last year and left many messages! I even drove back down to the marina unexpectedly and spoke to Earl face to face. He again said he would look into things and assured me he would rectify the situation! Now here we are one year later and the situation is unresolved! The thing that really gets me is the day that we picked up the boat we were told the breaks were good. We towed this EXTREMELY HEAVY boat from down the shore all the way up to the mountains on steep hills with ABSOLUTELY NO BREAKS!! I would not recommend purchasing a boat from this location as they will lie just to make a sale with no consideration to safety or your life!!

Had my boat serviced and I had new foam flooring put in a week before. After I got my boat back…read moreand put it in the water my new floor had black greasy hand a footprints all over my new foam padding plus my new net was missing from my helm compartment. The foam was a mess. Robert the salesman had the nerve to blame me when we went out on a sea run which lasted 5 minutes for putting this mess all over the boat. I went on the boat to the helm then off the boat I saw the mess and he said we will clean this up. I got nothing but bullshit excuses from Robert so he sent this to his boss Chris. Chris called and asked me how can we make this right and I said clean all the stains I couldn't get up and replace my net that was taken. He asked where the boat was so they could go clean it and that they would call back to let me know. Never got the call so I contacted them the next day and they told me they went early in the morning and did it without notifying me and Chris's response was"I didn't know you wanted to be there". If I would have gotten the callback like you said you would give I would have told you I wanted to be there and at that point I would be able to show the pads that had rips and punches in them. So to end this Chris said he can see there's nothing they can do to make me happy and as for the net someone stole it when they had it in their marina water. So I haven't gone down to the boat and this is far from over. Look at the pictures and you tell me. One more thing they chipped a corner near the front hatch and this is what Robert said happened" it was an AIR VOID" yes that's what he said. He is very insulting of peoples intelligence.

I called Andrew with All Around Marine Service and he came over within 10 minutes. He knew exactly what our problem was and fixed it right away. He definitely knows what he is doing and he is very friendly! I definitely recommend him for any boat or jetski issues!

Here, you either show up and hope for the best or you do the smart thing and call to make a reservation. A good note to file would be if you want to save a few bucks, you do the early bird time at 9:30am. This can only be reserved in advance by phone which is what I did. Once you there, you pay, sign a waiver, get a life jacket on. After that everyone gets a brief talk about where you can and cannot ride, how to operate the water craft safely and what to do in case of different contingencies. This part maybe took three or four minutes and after that they tell you to mount your horse, turn it around for you and then it's time to go like hell. The hour does fly by as things tend to when you're knocking 40mph on one of these beasts. The area you get to ride in is by no means huge, but it's big enough to be able to hit top speed/rpm and yet everyone was very respectful of spacing and there were, at least from what I saw, no close calls or any reason for the two members of staff also out there to have to intervene. If you looking for some kind of cheap value play, this ain't it. Two people with the early bird is still just a smidge under three bills but, to a degree, the price is relative because you're paying for a very unique experience that is hard to put a price tag on. Yamaha stated I need to send in a dispute to them. So much time on the phone with Yamaha and texts with All Action Watersports, due to their error; still nothing is resolved.

Super kid friendly fishing boat. We went out on the Bay in the afternoon for a 4 hour trip…read more No one caught any keepers on our trip . The two first mates and captain were polite and we'll mannered . The boat is an aged fishing boat and perfect for a maximum of 4 hours. Parking is also fairly easy near the dock . This strip of Bay Blvd has all of the water sports and wave runners rentals next door to one another. If you are a serious fisherman this is not your vessel, based on the amount of kids that outnumbered adults on our trip. The total number of passengers were about 75 and no one caught a keeper. We did catch a small sand shark and threw it back In after dozens of pictures and a victory lap around the deck for the kids to see and touch. Good value and fun memory. Great views of the shorelines .

I have never met anyone in my life that's so rude, snarky, and condescending. From the the moment I arrived she gave us nasty looks and wouldn't answer our questions in full detail. Today, My family and I decided to rent a pontoon from them. There was 12 of us on board the pontoon and never imagined the pain and suffering we had to go through to make it back to shore. We decided to rent a pontoon for four hours to enjoy our day out in the water. It was our first time renting from this place. From the moment we rented the boat, it shut off 5 times during normal cruising speeds. We finally called and told them the boat keeps shutting off on us. So they gave us a few steps to try to troubleshoot the problem and nothing worked. They finally decide to send out a deck mate on a small diggy fishing boat that barely fits one person. It took him 40 mins to come out and meet us in the middle of the bay while we were anchored because the boat wouldn't start. He came out and inspected the boat and told us the motor took on water (not sure how this happened) and tried to tow us with the little boat while we're all onboard (completely illegal) instead of calling a tow boat service. While trying to tow (which was unsuccessful due to the weigh). Some passerby's pulled up next to us with their personal boat and decided to help us after they saw us all in distress and had us abandon our pontoon and get on their personal water craft for our safety and took us back to shore while the deck mate dealt with the pontoon in the middle of the bay as the water was beginning to get choppy and windy. Keep in mind we had coolers, bags, purses, etc. Which we all had to transfer from our pontoon to these random peoples boat trying to save us. Once we arrived back to the docks, I walk into the front office of the business and they act like nothing happened. They Wouldn't even apologize or sympathize with the bad experience all 12 of us just had for the past hour and half. All they worried about was keeping the deposit of $500.00, holding my credit card hostage (which is illegal according to Ocean City Police) The girl at the front wouldn't even reimburse us for the rental rates. YES THE POLICE WERE CALLED BY THE BUSINESS ON US. Thankfully Ocean City Police sided with us and told her she can't hold my credit card hostage. Ocean City PD told me this place always has the police called because of these same issues with other customers. The girl at the front continued telling us were to blame when there is no way we did anything wrong, we couldn't even speed due to the weight and size of the pontoon so how did the motor catch on water? They kept making a million and a half excuses why they wouldn't give me my deposit back! I URGE ALL OF YOU READER DO NOT DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! The girls at the front are disgusting and quick to take your money and leave you without any information. Save yourself the headache. Find a different place! I will be seeking legal advice against this business.
