We were fortunate to keep our boat here - great, clean, well-kept marina with friendly tenants and a helpful, knowledgeable Harbormaster. Only reason we left was due to being able to move our vessel closer to home. Otherwise, we would be continuing our stay at Harbour Village Marina. With a pumpout station, fuel and service all available next door, the marina also has nice shower and restroom facilities, along with secure entry. Our kids were also big fans of Daisy, the dock dog. Hidden gem at the top of Lake Washington. Condo style marina with privately owned individual slips. Outer Breakwater Dock rented through DockWA.com. Lots of friendly people on the docks. Close to the Burke Gilman Trail, within a few quick minutes to Kenmore's up and coming beer scene. The seaplanes flying out of there are another added bonus. read more

Excellent little gem of a marina. Tidy, beautiful settings and very helpful and friendly harbormaster.

We've docked our boat at Harbour Village Marina for two years now and there has been immense improvements over that time. Specifically, Todd, the Harbormaster, has turned the facilities into a truly desirable destination. While it was nice before, the structures and landscaping were tired. Now under Todd's leadership, the entire facility is super desirable, more welcoming in every way, and safe for everyone! Further, there's a true sense of community at Harbour Village Marina that obviously begins with a mutual love of boating, but extends to respect and courtesy that I haven't seen at the other, more impersonal and crowded marinas on Lake Washington which are more central to Kirkland and Bellevue. My family of six loves boating, and Harbour Village's staff and owners/renters make it a wonderful experience all year around! read more

Wonderful marina at north end of Lake Washington . Private but able to rent condo slips. Harbormaster is one of the best in business and very helpful. Recent landscaping and dock maintenance makes it a gorgeous place to hang out on your boat, picnic on boardwalk or public dock and enjoy the great view towards the south. We had planned a weekend of boating and water sports for this Summer's 4th of July weekend, and from first contact last summer, Todd, the Harbormaster for Harbour Village Marina, was kind, and politely efficient with his answers. When it came close to day of arrival, Todd sent out a detailed email with the marina requirements for insurance and boat registration, and tried his best to indicate that because we would be mooring on the outside of the breakwater, that we'd need larger boat fenders, to protect the boat from wind push against the dock. My ego of 35+ years of boating, but nearly 20 years since mooring on this side of the state, I was humbled by perspective. Todd graciously was quick to grab a couple older fenders from the lost and found for me to use for the weekend. I was SO appreciative! He did indicate that the marina was considering purchasing some fenders to rent out for guest mooring, as sometimes folks just can't see the perspective until they arrive. If you plan to come this year, I would highly suggest bringing/purchasing a few big fenders before your arrival, as Todd suggests in his pre-arrival email. The boat will be just fine with them, but without, you'll be looking at potential hull damage, as the wind can pick up and the breakwater is taller than the average dock. All in all, I would highly recommend this marina, and plan to reserve again for the 4th of July weekend this coming January! :) read more

Pluses: if you live in Bothell, Lake City, Kenmore or Woodinville it's convenient to keep your boat here. The people are friendly. It's not a busy marina, nor is it loud. The facilities are reasonable, each slip having a dock box which is a nice convenience. The slips are privately owned, and rents will vary. The Harbormaster is good about communicating with tenants and owners regarding upcoming weather and other important things. And keeping your boat in fresh water helps reduce maintenance. Minuses: If you've got a deep draft and are not careful on the approach you can ground yourself. The approach is also a challenge for larger vessels due to the little boats whipping around, seemingly ignorant of the rules of navigation. The south wind howls at times (tenants are required to use snubbers). There are more spiders per square foot than anyplace I've ever seen. If you don't cover your boat or wash it weekly, it gets disgusting. Parking can be a pain. The owners association rents out space for trucks, trailer storage and whatnot. Overall, HVM is OK. I opted to move because I wanted to be on Puget Sound. read more

Our vacation Oasis!!! We have owned a slip and a boat there for over 4 years, and when we come to town to visit we have the quiet of the north end of lake to watch the Sea planes,and eagles flying above. When we're hungry we can jump on our bikes and ride the Burt Gilman paved trail to many restaurants and breweries or take a long ride for the day. New management has improved the grounds and safety for boaters and guests. The Park next to the marina has water craft to rent. Love it!!! read more

If you are looking for a marina on Lake Washington, then this marina would be the last choice or option. This is from personal experience. The maintenance is minimal and all of the facilities need improvement. But, basic maintenance is lacking or slow to occur. Also, there a lot of derelict boats in this marina, which is always a bad sign, as compared to other marinas. And, the Marina is very shallow so you will suck mud into your engines. Last, protection from frequent south winds is very limited; so, your risk of storm damage is pretty large. I gave this place one star. There is a better option next door. read more

Love this Marina!!! Peace and tranquility on the north end of Lake Washington. You don't get the boat traffic that you get at other marina's on Lake Washington. I have been in the marina since 2017. The new management is knowledgeable, fair and working hard to make this the best experience on Lake Washington. It doesn't offer the amenities of Carillon Point in Kirkland with the restaurants, shops, etc., yet, but things are on the upswing and you also don't get the traffic you do in Kirkland, Bellevue and Seattle. Guest moorage available along with slips available for rent and sale. Great place to stop by for a visit or to stay for a while. Two thumbs up! read more
