The tattooed lady at counter said FedEx doesn't accept the packages without a box and tried to sell the box and packing service for $30. The company that we were shipping to spoke with FedEx lady and then she changed her statement that only this location doesn't accept packages without a box. I have to go to a hardware store nearby and buy a box and tape to pack but was able to save $25 for not falling for their scam There are several locations within 5-10 miles. I recommend driving little farther and avoid these scammers
