The service that I just had was to replace all of my Ignition Coils and Sparkplugs. They even put an additive in my Transmission Converter "just in case" at no charge. I had had my tranny fluid changed a few months ago and I mentioned a shudder under fast acceleration. They addressed the two possibilities. The Coils and Plugs were original to 2001 but had only 70,000 miles of wear on them. I made the decision it was time to update the parts to new. Much smoother ride and no more shudder. To make matters worse, they handed our vehicle back to us fully knowing it was still broken. Unsurprisingly, it has already broken down again and still has the exact same issues. I called and explained what my problem was and asked if they could get my pickup to the repair shop before the shop closed for the day. The young lady that I spoke to was contacting the tow truck while I was on the phone, so I was in the loop pretty much throughout the conversation and got things set up and was given a price for the service. A bit later the young lady calls to tell me that they are on their way and to look for them. Not too long after, the tow is here, one of the guys took pics of my pickup while checking it over and the other got the bill written up. I had already been told that I'd avoid a fee if I used cash instead of a card, so I handed him the cash and he marked the bill as paid. They both loaded my pickup onto the tow bed securely, one was nice enough to tell me not to worry; the problem with my pickup was bad, but not enough to cause me pain. Well words to that effect anyway. My vehicle got to the auto repair shop safely and I have nothing but a big "thank you" for the help that this tow service provided.
