I recently hit a large dog at 70 mph on the interstate which severely dented and cracked my bumper cover and broke a headlight. After reading the excellent reviews about Niceville Paint and Body I felt this would be a convenient shop that does quality work. I felt my car was in such good condition that I did not want it totaled because of it's age. The car went in at noon on a Monday and I picked it up the following Thursday at 4:00pm. The car looked like it had never had any damage! Even the replacement bumper cover was the same color as the rest of car which the paint is 21 years old! They even polished the headlight that wasn't destroyed and vacuumed out the interior. I would definitely recommend Wally and his crew! I felt the charge for the work done was very reasonable and I was extremely pleased with quality of work. Getting the car back early was a bonus considering all of the parts had to be ordered. Josh was wonderful finding used parts in excellent condition to do my repairs. The business worked overtime to get my car ready before the weekend. They had mercy on me with price, I am sure anyone else will have charged at least $1,000 more. There is a year warranty on parts and 2 years on paint. They did a really nice job replacing doors and fixing quarter panel damage. Since they are a small business, determine payment before committing to work. They usually get paid by the insurance company, mine was not covered by insurance. There was confusion about method of payment, I wish we had talked payment before leaving the car. They do not take out of state checks, and they change over 5% on credit card payment. They did Venmo at no extra charge. I am very happy with their work and Josh is a sweetheart. :-) read more

TROUBLE SHOOTING GENIUS! I took my 2007 FJ Cruiser in because even the Toyota Dealership couldn't figure out why both my front drivers and passengers seat belts were getting wet inside the well after a rain. Josh never gave up until the problem was found (which it was) and fixed to perfection. I would recommend him to EVERYONE IN NICEVILLE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! My nightmare lasted about 8 months from start to finish and was full of delays, lies, and poor work that ultimately put me in a dangerous situation driving my vehicle. I was hit by another driver - no airbags deployed and my car was not INITIALLY totaled. I was told my frame was not damaged. Over the course of the next 8 months I went through a series of 'repairs' that included front end work. They got my car back to 'drivable' condition but still had minor items to finish and had delays in parts and staff. I would arrange transportation to the shop and leave my car there while at work for the day only to find out on repeated basis that my car had not been touched. They even placed a grill on my car with a FLAKING chrome finish. I had to take it back and get a new grill. I was performing an oil change on my car and noted plastic engine cover and pieces under my car were broken with missing fasteners so I had pieces hanging partway down. Felt from the area near the engine compartment was wrapped around my front passenger axel. My front passenger tire had worn a hole in the wheel well. My hood was not lining up quite right and it appeared the front bumper assembly was torqued down too tight to force it together as the plastic was buckled. I was told my hood hinges were bent and that's why things were not lining up so they would replace them. After multiple visits to get that done, the hood was still not lined up. The list goes on .... Finally I moved it to another shop who provided me MULTIPLE photos of deficiencies in their work. Most concerning was that my hood catch was actually bent - NV Paint had kept my original hood claiming it was fine and just the hinges. I was told if I had hit the front end of my car on anything that my hood could have come off and either back through my windshield at me or at someone else. New shop also confirmed my main frame rail was over 1.28 inches bent/damaged 2 ways. My suspicion about this shop FORCING my car back together was correct. My car was totaled by the new shop within 2 days. read more

After precision auto body (Jesse ) gave me an extremely high price and told me to go through my insurance I went to Josh and he cane me a muchhhhhhhhh Lowe price by a couple thousand no lie. This wad my first time here but now it's my forever body shop. I honesty couldn't recommend them any more. My truck came out great and josh and his team are awesome. I've had service that I considered to be excellent. This business just put them to shame. Simply stated, this business was phenomenal. I have a 2016 Tundra. While buffing, the buffer "grabbed" my antenna and put several chips in the hood. The service and professionalism were already fantastic. However, I expected to see a minor difference in paint color because an exact match is difficult. I was astonished to find none. There is no evidence of my inability to run a simple buffer. This is the only business I'll use, for auto body repairs, in the future. read more

They made it so easy because they quickly checked out my problem, gave me a time estimate for the repair, and then did it quicker than they estimated.
