OC's showed up after we called AAA with battery issues. Their driver called and started by saying he was on the way home and we were interrupting that. He showed up and tried to jump it, but couldn't start it, then refused to tow us home because it was across state line even though it was less than 100 miles, which is covered in our AAA policy. He then left us stranded. It's crazy to me that someone can call themselves a recovery driver then refuse to do their job because they wanted to go home. Zero stars read more

My car broke down on SR 85. I have Honda Roadside assistance. When I called Honda Roadside assistance, I was told I would be towed to the dealership in 90 minutes. Then I received a text saying 29 minutes and the tow would be there. After 40 minutes I called back and still no tow. One hour later I received a call saying 2 1/2 hours because there were five calls ahead of me. After 2 1/2 hours still no tow. I called Honda Roadside again only to find out that the tow truck was broke down and they were trying to set up another one. I called OC's towing. OC's towing came to my house picked up my keys and towed my car to the dealership. I received text messages from the tow truck driver for OC's towing to let me know he had picked up my car and to let me know when he dropped it off at the dealership. All of this was done before I ever heard anything back from Honda Roadside letting me know that I wouldn't be towed and I could call back in the morning after 7 am to set up the tow again. read more

I had a rental car and when it broke down the insurance found these people who were not located near me so I had to wait forever but that part isn't on them but my driver Chris was flustered and seemed a bit off and didn't seem to know where he was supposed to even tow the vehicle I told him I was just riding with him to the airport to get a new vehicle and I guess the insurance would tell him where to take it. I was a renter how was I supposed to know? then he is angry with me for not knowing. I don't know who runs this business but you should train and equip your employees with common customer service and tell them to keep their problems at home. It was so unprofessional and made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable as a woman traveling alone. USER BEWARE! read more

OC's Towing is amazing! I was broke down on the side of the interstate and called a few tow companies near the exit I was at and all them said I would have to wait 3-4 hours before they could pick me up my last call was OC's and they picked me up in less than 30 minutes and had me at the local Pep Boys before they closed!!!! They are life savers! The woman in the office was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area, very helpful. The driver whom I rode to Pep Boys with was very polite his name was Jeremy and he gave me his card and told me that they do business all over northwest Florida. If I am ever unfortunate enough to break down in that area again I will absolutely be calling OC's Towing again!!!! read more
