The service that I just had was to replace all of my Ignition Coils and Sparkplugs. They even put an additive in my Transmission Converter "just in case" at no charge. I had had my tranny fluid changed a few months ago and I mentioned a shudder under fast acceleration. They addressed the two possibilities. The Coils and Plugs were original to 2001 but had only 70,000 miles of wear on them. I made the decision it was time to update the parts to new. Much smoother ride and no more shudder. I have a golf ball size dent just below the door on the passenger side of my vehicle. It does not effect the operation of the vehicle or any moving parts....its just ugly. I took time out of my day, to drive it up there for a quick quote. The guy said he had too many quotes to enter in today, and asked if I could bring it back tomorrow. I explained I could not, and tried to relay, this was not a "smashed" car, just rather a cosmetic deal. He then said for me to bring it back Wednesday, cause he had too many to enter today. He never got out of his seat, never asked for my contact information so HE could follow up with ME. He instead tried to give me a homework assignment of extra tasks I could do to try to give him my business.....at that point I already had my answer. What is he "had too many to enter" next time I brought it by....no worries....I won't be back by. Conversely, I did the same at Crestview Paint and Body, and received excellent information and an instant estimate on the repair. The rep there was genuinely interested in doing the repair and my business. I don't care if they charge twice as much, I'll take that over "bring it back some other day" any day.

I broke down in Crestview when the tread came completely off one of the rear tires on my truck. There were four of us ladies traveling together, and we were understandably a little stressed and unsure of what to do. I called Crestview Tire & Wheel Shop to see if they could help me find a tire for my truck. Although they didn't have one in stock, they went above and beyond and ordered the tire for us to be there first thing the very next morning at 7:00 a.m. That kind of service and willingness to help meant so much to us. AAA towed my truck to their shop, and while we waited for our Uber, the staff was incredibly thoughtful and kind enough to let all four of us stay inside their building. They made us feel safe, comfortable, and welcome rather than like we were inconveniencing them. From the wonderful ladies at the front desk to the gentlemen working in the back, everyone was friendly, professional, compassionate, and genuinely helpful. In a stressful situation, they made a difficult experience so much easier. I truly could not have ended up in a better situation or with a better company. One of the front desk girls was helpful and recalculated everything, but the $320 price stood. Getting a quote for $160 just to return the next day after service has been performed to learn that the price has now DOUBLED is foul and this tire shop has lost my business. I would recommend looking else where for a tire shop or get your quote in writing so you can truly hold them accountable. I will update this review if my unaccounted for $160 ever comes back to my bank account.
