They worked with our insurance company and coordinated everything. The lead rep from Spectrum (Jordan Justice) even came out when our insurance inspector came to do the actual inspection to see how much damage was done to the roof to see how much needed to be repaired or if the entire roof needed to be replaced. He met with the inspector and discussed the damages etc. Jordan went the extra mile throughout the entire process and we really have appreciated it. You don't get that kind of customer service much anymore. He came by during the roof removal and install of the new materials, more than once, to make sure the roofing guys were doing everything the way we had agreed upon. He also followed up afterward and inspected the job. The roofing crew did an outstanding job! Spectrum Contracting had great sub-contractors. The roofing crew worked for over 14 hours on a hot summer day but got it done in 1 day. We would highly recommend Spectrum Contracting for any roofing work you need and this is particularly due to Jordan Justice and his attention to detail and customer service. He took the time to explain the entire process and answer all our questions. Even showed us options for other types of roofing but when we decided we didn't want to upgrade at this time, they were not pushy at all. He won't sell you something you don't need, but will make suggestions based on what you may want, once he gets to know your style, your priorities, etc. His rates are very reasonable, as I've used his excellent handyman services quite often.
