Yes I know it's a chain but I try to hit HRCs when I can especially overseas! This one is in a very charming part of Warsaw. The wall through the city park with all the musicians and families running around was wonderful. The place is quite large with a bar and patio upstairs and a spacious bar and dining room downstairs. I grabbed a local beer and ordered the chicken sliders. Wasn't disappointed in either at all. Not only was the food fresh and delicious but the service was solid too. While the place was busy and noisy, the noisy part is why you come to an HRC right? It's part of the experience. All in all, I had a great time here and was well looked after by the team. If you get to Warsaw, do stop in for some excellent service and fun! read more

This is the most well managed and efficient Hard Rock location we have been to, and we have been to several locations. The food flavor and quality is also the best here. I am impressed with how fast they deliver food, clean tables, and friendly service. The quality of food is fresh and top-notch. I was very surprised because other HR's weren't that great, lately. Slow slow slow. I see all these millennials standing around, but nobody cares where our food is, after 30 minutes. I don't know why the kitchen would take so long preparing two burger dishes? We ordered a spritz and cherry beer and they were pretty good. But waiting for the food for 40 minutes and then it's not that hot, and the burger is dry, no thanks. They need to speed up things here to keep the customers coming back! The artists memorabilia was interesting. Seeing Bob Dylan's Guitar, and Bono's jacket were super cool. Prices at the store were high, clearance items were way out of style. read more

Ate downstairs in the bar area. Husband said burger was good. Fries were good but not very hot. Heinz Ketchup available! Server spoke English. I had steak salad. Good dressing but steak had done tough pieces , perhaps just different texture. Would go again. read more

While waiting for a friend to arrive from the airport to meet me in Warsaw, I made a lunch and merchandise run to the Hard Rock Cafe which was very close to the Warsaw Marriott. I walked in and was seated immediately. I got some ice water and a menu. I ordered the big cheeseburger medium well which came with cheddar cheese, lettuce, onion on a large bun. Alongside this was a small vat of French fries. The burger was delicious. The waiter was attentive and accommodating. I would recommend and return when in Warsaw. read more

This my first ever experience with a Hard Rock Cafe. We only went here because it was near the bus station and we had a couple hours to kill for supper. I think that, for the most part, all branches around the world have to be synonymous with each other because the menu felt very American and is probably no different from menus in the US. Soda comes in a large glass with ice... and that's definitely not a European thing. My burger was pretty good (but I was hungry) the chef there is probably Polish and hasn't really mastered the art of the burger yet. It was kind of mushy and under seasoned. My friend and I mistakenly each got our own desserts. Let me just say the portions are definitely American. Texas American, even. Diabetus! Music videos playing on the screens were half distracting with the music pumped up and mostly rock related, but sometimes had random appearances by Rihanna and a few others I can't recall. The servers are pretty nice, mostly attractive, but there were lots of them and they all seemed to be standing around doing mostly nothing. This place faaaaar exceeded our expectations. We went here after giving up on getting served at a different restaurant down the road, and chose the Hard Rock Cafe out of sheer desperation. We were really pleased with the end result. Fast table service from an upbeat waitress. Huge portions of food and everything we had was tasty. The fajitas and the apple cobbler were particularly delicious and worth a try. Our meals came out quickly and we couldn't have been happier. For me hard rock cafe is a just a big hype and nothing really to it, expensive drinks and food, another american chain which is running only because of the name. Place is big and good for if you are planing to organise some big events with 70-80 people, downside to it, they have a smaller bar resulting in people needing to wait for long time to get there order and if someone orders a cocktail you can expect to stand for 5-8 min for a simple pint of beer. Consistent with my other experiences in Hard Rock Cafes around the world. Quality food, variety we are all used to from these establishments. Unfortunately the prices are quite expensive for Warsaw. Good place to watch American sports. Recommend the burgers. read more

To put it mildly - I like food. Hard Rock was not the kind of place I would choose for good food, more a fast food place. However I was very wrong !!!! I went there with my wife and kid by accident. We sat down and were very happy for the good service. Very friendly and very helpful as to making a good choice. In the meantime a small band started playin on a stage in the patio making the atmosphere very special. We chose the hickory burgers, which were recommended by the waiter. Mmmm.... As I consider myself a burger coneseur, it is very hard to please me. The burgers were served very nicely, the plate was clean and no excess of sauce was present. The burger was juicy, tender and spiced perfectly. The lettuce and tomato were placed on the side The carmelized onion was very tasty and just in the perfect amount. It was the second star of the dish after the beef. The french fries were fresh cooked, not soggy, not oily. It took us a good 20 minutes to finish the burgers, but the plate was cleaned to a shine !! Went to Warsaw to spend a few days with a friend and found ourselves without ideas where to go for dinner, we had a long walking day so we just looked around close to our rented apartment and the idea of a juicy burger and fries fell well on my mind. Most of the places to sit are downstairs, almost in a bunker style, the decoration helps but for people who like/need to have windows this is not the place to go. I would never go to a Hard Rock Cafe, but some friends were meeting there, so I went. It was as bad as I expected. There is just no reason to go here. Within a 5-minute walk in any direction you'll find all sorts of good food, all sorts of good places to drink. And you are in downtown Warszawa--they will speak English wherever you go, so don't make that an excuse. The Hard Rock is exactly as advertised: safe, sterile, international-bland, overpriced, full of the sort of tourist who goes all the way to another country and then wants to feel like they're back at Appleby's in Peoria. read more

I liked the bathrooms, the guitar wall and the hippy dining room, but the food in Hard Rock cafes isn't very appetizing. However, you can go there for drinks which are quite tasty and they have a wide range of them. read more

This is a tricky one, firstly the pride. Service was great, both Polish and English spoken. The water was served with ice cubes (very American) and almost impossible to get in Poland, the milk shakes were full of flavor and cold (again rare in Poland) and because the food was terrible the manager took it right off the bill, again customer care another thing very very rare here.. Now sadly of the 12 Hard Rock's I've been in this was by far the worst day. On other occasions the food was ok even at this location but today wow it all fell short and even bombed. The honey mustard chicken was blah and no real flavor, and the Texan (pulled pork) was horrid, the pork was dry and tough, I mean really dry. The fries were a bit oily and one order was ok the other was the bottom of the basket with a ton of burnt little broken bits. The coleslaw was sadly destroyed to meet the Polish flavor pallet and the reason I returned the mac and cheese (only place in Warsaw) was so over spiced and full of chopped peppers it was unrecognisable, a disaster and finally the onion rings, grreat crust but the onions were still half raw.. Even after the waiter apologized and got the manager who took one look at the pork and removed it from the bill it will be a very long time before we return if ever but the shakes and ice cubes along with the American style of service might bring us back, hopefully before the rest of the flavors get destroyed to meet local tastes ( I really hate that last aspect, restaurants should stick true to their original flavors and attract their audience not change it to meet the locals ideas and then destroy it for the true patrons) read more

Got burned burger forgot one sideorder and two drinks. The one who got the burned burger had to wait a long time before she got the burger with bacon which she asked not to get. The others got desserts meny while she ate and took out plates. The waiter was not smiley, just forgot everything. Been to the states and this is not the service it schould be.
