It's been a minute since we've been to a concert here. Went last week to see Blues Traveler (which unfortunately may be past their prime). Regardless, I do love this venue and wonder why we don't go to more shows. Last time we had floor seats. This time we were up in row R but the view was still fabulous. This is an intimate venue. The staff is amazing and seem to truly love their jobs. The only thing that would make this better would be if you didn't have to walk through the casino. :) read more

Great venue, lighting and sound. Smooth process going in through the metal detectors. The long line ended up moving very quickly. The drink lines were ridiculous (2), but the seating was comfortable and the stage was very clear/close. I'd definitely come and see another concert here. Reasonably priced tickets as well. read more

This is a good size venue. Even the farthest section in the back isn't that far from the stage, in comparison to how far you'd be in the back of a huge arena. All angles are pretty good no matter where you sit. Because of the intimacy of this space, the ticket prices are typically higher than you'd think they'd be. BUT like I said, you're closer. I have honestly never paid for a ticket here - that's because either myself or my husband have won tickets from the radio or we received comped tickets from the players club (it pays to have a card, go sign up). If you receive comped tickets you won't find out where your seats are until you pick up your tickets a few hours before doors open. I have sat in a few different sections, but usually in section 201 in the first few rows. The first row of that section is great because you have more legroom, but it's also technically a walkway because there is a door on the side that opens straight into the row. So if you choose this part of section 201, be aware that you might have a lot of people walking in front of you before and during the performance. The seats themselves are not the most comfortable - be prepared to have minimal knee room (if you are over 6' you might be in trouble) and little to no elbow room. I wish they would have chosen a slightly wider seat, or given everyone their own arm rests to give a little more space. I have sat in the front section once, in the 2nd row. The floor section can be used for standing room only or it can be filled with standard banquet style chairs (stack-able, padded chairs). The restrooms are separated with Men's on one side of the lobby, and Women's on the other. There are two snacks bars in the lobby area with popcorn, candy, hot dogs, beer, soda, and water. Sometimes there are bars situated in the back hallways that are way less busy than the lobby ones. If you order a bottle of water, most of the time they'll let you have the bottle; but some artists don't want bottles in the venue so they'll pour your water into a cup with a lid. On a side note, if you purchased a beer in the casino you don't have to dump it on your way in. There are tables with plastic cups set up outside of the venue for you to pour your bottled beverage into. Much better than having to chug it or throw it away! If you have an opportunity to see a show here, go for it. read more

We've been to a number of shows here and there isn't a bad seat in the house. I've been to shows elsewhere, where it's way too loud or you can't understand the vocals but the sound here is usually just right! Seats are standard. They let you bring outside drinks in. I advise doing that because the drink lines are usually long. Upside I've never had to wait for the restroom (this is important for females, lol)! read more

this venue has to have the best sound system in America! ever single seat sounds amazing. they get big names, I've seen Dolly Parton and Alanis Morissette here. but above all, VIP tickets are definitely worth it. you can reserve a room in the VIP lounge or sit on the balcony. I enjoyed the balcony just as much. all amazing views. open bar with plenty of cocktail options and staff. the food is outstanding. if I worked there I would describe it as one word: proud. the were sea food buffet style served in ice scriptures, fresh brisket stations cut and served for you individually, all the sides you could imagine, and desserts! little shots of alcohol in chocolate covered strawberries, canolis, little bites of cheese cake. all on display so you could take what you like. come early, hungry, + guaranteed to have an amazing night. This is a great concert arena at the Hard Rock Casino Tulsa. Which is actually in Catoosa Oklahoma just a little bit East of Tulsa on Interstate 44. They have a lot of great concerts here. Every seat in the house has a great view of the stage. They have 2500 seats with great acoustics. We have attended many great concerts here! read more

I have been to 3 shows at the Joint: Jewel, Wayne Newton and now, Sugar Ray. I have not paid for any of the tickets, because if you sign up for a players card, they often send out emails for FREE tickets. Who would pass that up? As far as the venue goes, it looks very nice. The guitar display on the ceiling in the entry area is really cool, and they have some great photos that line the walls. The bathrooms are nice and spacious as well. A few of my dislikes about this venue are the seats themselves. Not the placement. There really isn't a bad seat in the house. It's fairly small, so you are pretty close. The seats are so insanely hard, small and uncomfortable. My back always cramps when we go to see a show here. You also have to hope that your neighbor is respectful of personal space, or you will be in for a very uncomfortable night. Recently we had tickets for Sugar Ray in the front row of the back section. These would have been amazing seats if they had not placed extra stand alone chairs right in front of our section. I have no idea what the purpose of these seats are, but they blocked our view quite a bit. The audio here can also be questionable. The Sugar Ray show, the sound was great. When we saw Wayne Newton, the audio kept cutting out and getting a lot of static. Wayne even stopped singing at one point and just laughed at how bad things were going with his microphone. They offer popcorn, large pretzels, hotdogs, sodas, beer and a full bar for concession. The prices are really reasonable for the food, but not so much for the alcohol or bottled water. The bottom line, if I keep getting free tickets, I'll go when a show pops up I want to see. I would probably never pay for a show here, though. It would have to be for a band or act that I really loved and wanted to see. The ticket prices can be very steep and include fees, etc...otherwise. read more

We attend shows at The Joint quite often. This time, it was the "Satisfaction - International Rolling Stones Tribute Show." As usual, the entertainment was topnotch. We are always delighted to be able to buy drinks and snacks on our way to our seats. Plenty of bars are stationed in the foyer, as well as in the hallways. Free T-shirts were being handed out that advertised the Joint and the Hard Rock Casino. Lots of stuff going on there that night! read more
