comfy in the D-Box seats with my complimentary 3D glasses

I was impressed before BUT..... On a recent visit, I realized that this theater - although super nice and comfy - has lost the razzle dazzle. I wanted to get the D-Box seats but we were late and opted for standard....still comfy. BUT we came mid-day and hungry. I knew they had food options from my last visit. The staff was rude, even rambling about not allowing customers to rush them to cook. WoW!! Sorry, I came wanting to make purchases. They offer Pizza Hut (at $11/pizza) but the timeframe is on a sliding scale. It was 4:30, then 5, then 5:45, then 6 and finally 6:30 due to prep. I was over it after all that. When we left - still NO pizza. They offer food options on the weekend only. So, popcorn it is. If you are looking for food (as advertised) - look elsewhere. Popcorn, nachos, and hot dogs here. There are plenty of theaters that offer food in the area AND good customer service. pros: Restroom was clean and spacious :)

There is plenty of parking and handicap parking at this location. The concessions have a variety of snack options. We typically pre purchase and reserve our seats so it is a pretty quick process to scan once we arrive. A couple of the regular theaters have reclining seats but that isn't the case in the imax theater. It was a little loud today which watching a movie. The theater is a bit older and some of the seats are cracked and could use replacing.

There is urine literally running out of the wall in the men's room. Looks like it has been going on for a while.

No free refills. And still expensive for a large drink. Save money and go to another theater.

My friends and I went bowling and it was a lot of fun. I like they have non-traditional options for bowling as well as traditional. I also tried some of the food and it was pretty decent, a little expensive, but nothing too crazy. I got the southwest egg rolls and they were pretty good. The dipping sauce it came with was very good. I am comparing them to Chili's however and Chili's is still my number one for this type of food. My friend had chicken strips and said they were good others got pizza and loved it so I think across-the-board the food is good. I've had their funnel cake fries before and love those. I like that it's a fun environment and that there's lots of options. Our lane for bowling was having some issues and I mentioned it to the guys and they gave us some extra time which I appreciated, but this is a really fun space for all ages and all people.

Employees are helpful, space is clean, security on site for that added peace of mind. The popcorn is fresh and seasoned perfectly, the soda fountain is crisp and they have a lot of food options. Food is a bit pricey... but everything is wherever you go. For instance a burger and fries will run you $15.00 + tax. Cheese curds $10.99 + tax. Etc... The chairs recline all the way back and they have swivel trays in-front of you with a service call button. Very comfortable and convenient. They also have an arcade, escape room and bowling. Cinergy is also right across the mall making this a great night out. Retail therapy and a movie! You should check it out!

We had seats in one of the theaters on the second level, which first of all I did not know they had theater on the second level. Apparently this area is 21 and over, which is amazing the theaters are smaller more intimate and no children. Best of all they have waiters that serve you full menu of food and drinks. I tried an Italian soda that was so good and very affordable for the size of the drink. I also tried some pretzel bites that came with beer cheese and spicy mustard. The portion size was actually quite large though still a little expensive but it's a movie theater so I did not mind. the fact that they bring all this to you and wait on you is just amazing. The seats recline they're comfortable. I love the smaller size theater. It was not too cold but very comfortable. There's trays that move on on the seats so you can have your food. It was just a wonderful experience.

Usually, we stay home and Firestick our way into movies and shows, mind you the popcorn popper machine we have at home is top notch. Yes prices are high, but you get what you pay for at the theaters. There are retro movie nights on the lists too. I suggest prepay your tickets online so you can get the seats you want, rather than breaking your neck and wearing out your pupils in the first row.
