It's been a number of years since I have been to this movie theater. But we were pleasantly surprised at how well they've maintained it. The recliners are super comfy. Almost too comfy, because you have to fight to stay awake! The little snack tables are kinda nice, but you have to be careful, while trying to swing them, one came compleatly out of the holder. Could have created a mess. I noticed that the ladies restroom could have used a thorough cleaning, but it wasn't terrible. I love the art deco styling of this theater. The outside parking is plentiful and has quick and easy access from 71 St. The employees were all polite and helpful. It's a nice theater! read more

We had a blast seeing Wicked (part two). They had plenty of screens showing the movie to accommodate all the fans. They even opened up extra concession stands since it was so busy the lines were long, but went through fast. I also like this theatre because they often have free posters and you can watch in a D-Box which is semi interactive. Very fun. I have the rewards program which basically gives me discounts on tickets and snacks. read more

We came here to watch the Stranger Things finally and we had a great experience! Our seats were super comfortable. They were able to be reclined and they had seat warmers! Also, the inside of the theater was pretty clean. I was impressed. The service was good too. The staff were nice and helpful. Overall, great theater and I highly recommend it if you want to see a movie. read more

I've been going to this theater since I was in grade school. But I haven't been in a long time. The recliner seats are super nice. The screen and sound quality were definitely better than my local theater. They have really good adult drink options at decent prices too. I enjoyed our Sunday matinee movie experience seeing the new Led Zeppelin documentary. This theater is actually one of the few showing it. read more

Yesterday my husband and I went to the new Star War's Mandalorian movie at the Imax and we had to leave 15 minutes into the movie due to it being TOO LOUD. There were just a few people in this theater. We will not be back. Don't know how the movie was, I guess we will watch it when it comes on Dish. read more

The old recliner seats were perfect, but some bozo decided to spend millions to replace them with the crappy ones that only recline half way and attached a little table to them. They are horribly uncomfortable now. Like, how do you spend that much money to make a worse experience? I just don't understand! Bring back the old full recliners they were perfect! I was impressed before BUT..... On a recent visit, I realized that this theater - although super nice and comfy - has lost the razzle dazzle. I wanted to get the D-Box seats but we were late and opted for standard....still comfy. BUT we came mid-day and hungry. I knew they had food options from my last visit. The staff was rude, even rambling about not allowing customers to rush them to cook. WoW!! Sorry, I came wanting to make purchases. They offer Pizza Hut (at $11/pizza) but the timeframe is on a sliding scale. It was 4:30, then 5, then 5:45, then 6 and finally 6:30 due to prep. I was over it after all that. When we left - still NO pizza. They offer food options on the weekend only. So, popcorn it is. If you are looking for food (as advertised) - look elsewhere. Popcorn, nachos, and hot dogs here. There is plenty of parking and handicap parking at this location. The concessions have a variety of snack options. We typically pre purchase and reserve our seats so it is a pretty quick process to scan once we arrive. A couple of the regular theaters have reclining seats but that isn't the case in the imax theater. It was a little loud today which watching a movie. The theater is a bit older and some of the seats are cracked and could use replacing. read more

I like this theater and feel it is conveniently located on 71st street. The theater is clean. Popcorn and candy selection are good. My only complaint is other theaters have sparkling water and Cinemark doesn't have that as an option. They have pop selections, bottled water, and icees. read more

They just got new seats. Which are now closer together with only one skinny armrest instead of two. The seats don't recline back very far at all, and the foot rest doesn't straighten out. The new seats do include a table top for each one, which is nice. But I'd rather have the old seats back with no table. The new seats are also heated, but the old seats were overall more comfortable and more spacious. These newer seats are also very skinny. read more

I took my son yesterday to enjoy the $5 "Bring Your Own Bucket" day - and it was a lot of fun! The staff working the concession stand were having a great time with seeing the containers and it made the whole experience even more enjoyable. My husband and I drive every few months from northwest Arkansas specifically for D-Box. We love splurging on a good action film! Today we saw the new Jurassic world movie (save your money imo) and was disappointed in the sound quality. We were in theatre 3 and during the movie the speakers were cracking, hurt my ears! Me and my boyfriend's parents purchased tickets for the final destination movie and his siblings joined, they didn't let us in cause of their curfew policy which isn't listed on their website, which doesn't state that 17 years or younger isn't allowed in past 8 o clock and children 17 and under aren't allowed to see the movie without legal guardians, even tho I was 18 and he was 17 with his siblings and their father and mother bought the tickets. These aren't listed in the actual website and is located somewhere you have to search and look for. And they didn't refund us as well and even tho we had 4 tickets they gave us two free movie tickets, its better than nothing but this should've been made more clear. As well as been fine being as the parent bought the tickets in the first place and I was there as well. read more

We came here to listen to and watch the release of Metallica's new album 72 Seasons. (YAH! - in James's raspy voice!). The sound did not disappoint. There's no better place to listen to new music from one of your favorite bands and who doesn't want to see their favs on a ginormous screen?!!! It was TOO much fun. Everyone was locked, cocked and ready to rock!!! Had a great time. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it shouldn't be too hard to offer at least 1 kind of gluten free chips or popcorn - something. That makes me grrr. read more

Went to see The Marvels in 3D on Friday with a friend. We were pretty excited to watch it, in 3D, but they were having technical issues. They tried 2 different times before an employee had to inform us that 3d wasn't working but we could watch it in 2D and the theater would issue refunds and hand out vouchers for a future visit. I wasn't thrilled, but things happened, and the staff handled things perfectly. The seats were fantastic and very comfortable, and the movie was entertaining. read more

Only a 2 star because the actual theater was amazing! The screen was huge and there were SO. MANY. SEATS. I went to see MI and it was packed! The 2 star comes in for concessions. Yes I get they're are busy. I saw at least 25 workers just behind the concession counter. Most people got a standard popcorn, 1/2 drinks and a candy. The workers looked like they were in slow motion all evening. I spent 30 minutes in line with only 2 people in front of me. If I come back I definitely will not be purchasing food or drinks from this theater. read more

Generally speaking, this is a very good theater. I used to go to the Warren, but they have gone downhill. The seats here are comfortable, the staff is friendly and usually the popcorn is good. Not last time though. I ordered the large popcorn and asked for just a little bit of butter, a reasonable amount. Well, apparently "reasonable" is relative. The popcorn was soaked in butter to the point that it leaked out onto my shirt! I couldn't even eat it. It was nauseating. I could not go back to exchange it because I was at the other end of the theater and the side concessions nearest to me were closed! It was VERY busy. Every show I looked at was full. What does it take to open those areas? I took a picture of the container after I dumped it out and the side seams are saturated. I wish they would train their employees properly on what an average amount of butter is. read more

The Art deco decor is really cool, the theaters is nice and comfortable, the employees are friendly, and they have a good selection of concessions, including beer. I live way on the North Side of town but it's worth it to drive down to this theatre. read more

Oh Cinemark, we've known each other a long time. I remember when you were built, and how cool it was to go see a 3D movie in IMAX (when it was cheaper). You started falling apart a few years ago; just needed some cosmetic touches to get you back into shape. The revamped seating is amazing! The bathrooms and the hallways still need some work, but everything else is back to your glory days. I love the refillable popcorn bucket and drink cup - you have saved me so much money over the last few years! And the coupons I can get through Cinemode save me even more! I have a love/hate relationship with your reserved seating - what happens if your neighbor is annoying and the place is full?? You are stuck :( Small price to pay I guess for the luxurious seating accommodations. I have a feeling I will continue to visit Cinemark for years to come, based on the cheaper price for comfortable seating (first show of the day on any non-IMAX or 3D movie is $5.50). I don't think I've waited in a longer concession line in my life. The lobby is so large that if you walk to your seat and then want to change your seat selection it might take you less time to go find your car and move it to a new space in the parking lot. This place is large very large to its detriment for the aforementioned reasons. The folks here were nice but no one, I mean no one was in any sort of mood to move things along swiftly. Good thing I showed up early, but between the seat swap and concession hassle I barely made it in to sit and enjoy the movie. Sheesh. The pickle I got was good though, and the movie picture and sound were good too. read more

Terrible place floor is dirty and sticky customer service is awful. And I tried to go there with a friend one being 17 and me being 16 to see a movie at 10pm. We get there after buying tickets online and they won't let us in cause we're not 18 and don't have a "adult" with us. They have no source of information of this on there website or anywhere that says miners can't see a movie past 8pm without an adult. Plus past serval times we have gone to see a movie the A/c has been "broken" Definitely would not recommend unless you want to have a bad time. read more

As far as I am concerned this is one of the top 2 theaters in the Tulsa Metro! It's not perfect but man, I really can't complain. I purchase all of my tickets via Fandango and choose my seats accordingly. I've never had an issue with another patron being in my assigned seat. I've seen reviews on here that say that, but I guess I have been fortunate to this point. The theater itself is usually pretty clean. Right after a rush it can be a bit cluttered near the trash cans but I find it cleaned up quickly and not getting, you know, nasty from sitting. The new recliner seats are super comfy and even have room for a large man such as myself. The snack bar is going to be expensive. It's just how movie theaters are. I get it. I for only only buy a drink. I get a large so my wife, daughter and I share. I can afford to get us each one, but for the price, we share. Overall I like this place a lot. I've come here since I was in high school and am glad to now bring my 3 year old girl along with me. If you're new the to the Tulsa area give this place a shot! i'm extremely disappointed to say that this was what i encountered on my first movie post covid. i love doing to the theater to see movies, but when we arrived at our seats there was left over trash from the previous movie. the staff that was supposed to clean the theater we were in seemed to have forgotten a lot of trash. that wasn't the only thing that went wrong. the steaks were absolutely horrible to sit in; they were all torn up. my clothes got caught numerous times as well as my hair. this was not at all what i was expecting for my first trip to the movies since the pandemic started. looks like i'll have to just wait to see the movies when they come out on other streaming services. read more

We've started a new holiday tradition with seeing the newest Star Wars film at the Imax 3-D. Although Rogue One was one of the best, getting in was a bit dicey. We had six of us so wisely purchased tickets on line. When we got there (on a Friday afternoon during the holiday season), no one was manning the doorway to scan tickets. We finally realized (almost too late) that we had to stand in the concession stand line to get "checked-in" to get our glasses. There was only one person working the concession so she had to sell tickets, serve up popcorn and take electronic tickets. Most of our group was already seated in the theater but two of us almost missed the opening of the film because we had to wait in line for 15 minutes. (Again, this is after purchasing our tickets online.) read more

I remember going here many years ago when it was almost new. It was nice then but over the years it got dirty and they just quit taking care of the place. The recliners are nice yes but other then that its just another run in the mill theater. Actually during captain America civil war it hurt my butt sitting in them for 2+ hours. So they look nice but I believe the warren has comfier seats. The iMAX needs major work and the screen use to be big but now with the Warren i dont think its the biggest screen in town anymore. Besides the fact that sitting in there is like sardines in a can. I love the Warren its magnificent and its like stepping back in time to the dawn of the great theaters the past. The Cinemark could be better 1 they need to clean it better. 2. the Imax needs desperate work 3. Bathrooms are dark and outdated and need updating and more lighting. 4. The layout of the theater is odd but that's how they built it. I gave it 3 stars because of the recliners otherwise it's nothing special. Same price as others it's not as new or wel taken care of as the new cinemark in BA or the Warren. I have seen far worse such as the one in Owasso is in desperate need of renovation. If your close then go here if not choose a different theater. read more

Other than showing the wrong movie at the wrong time you would think it's simple to run a movie theater but evidently it's very hard for this Cinemark location. I've been here three times in the last four days and they managed to make me mad all three times. Besides projecting the movies their job is simple: sell the refreshments and get the people into the theater on time. But this last time they had only one cashier selling & serving refreshments. There were over 15 people waiting in one line while another employee worried about straightening up the crowd ropes at 11 am! Only after the poor solitary cashier serviced 10 people by herself did the manager come to the rescue but we still missed the start of the movie. This is exactly one of the reasons why people sneak in their own snacks. Oh and if you buy three things? More than you can carry in two hands? Forget about trays, they simply do not invest in this technology! read more

Tried my first IMAX. Bought my seats on Flixter/Fandango and was deceived in that the IMAX is not "luxury lounge recliners" that they notated. The other theaters are but the IMAX is just regular chairs with ZERO leg room. I was so uncomfortable trying not to kick the chair in front of me. Couldn't even cross my legs. The sound quality was outstanding and the picture quality was good. I enjoyed the 3D but ready to get those glasses off. I've been to other Cinemark theaters in Tulsa and this one rates much lower in my book. I expected the same self serve Coke combo machines and icees. I won't be back to this theater. read more

Terrible movie experience. I haven't been to the Cinemark on 71st St since they put in the recliners. I'm not a tall person so when I sat in the very top row I couldn't see the bottom of the screen because of the wall. When I reclined I lost visual of the bottom third of the screen because of the wall. I went down to switch seats and the only available seats they had were the very first row. When I asked about the empty seats in the middle they said they were VIP seating for an additional $8.00. In summary, the movie experience was not worth the 12.50 per seat I paid. I won't be going back. read more
