I had to change the order three times as some in our group couldn't make it. Then today, we received word three more of our guests were unable to attend and Richard adjusted the order last minute and remained helpful and understanding. He helped to make a day that is sometimes overwhelming and a little chaotic more enjoyable. His associates were also very helpful and pleasant. The food was delicious!!!

After ordering is when I'm told I can't pay with the chick fil a rewards or money (I've never been to a store that didn't take chick fil a rewards & scan for payment). And #2 , no receipt and I realize I'm overcharged!! We got one meal that came with hash browns and a drink + one order of 4ct minis total $25.42 . Again trying to explain this but like I said it's like I was talking to a brick wall. Arggh , the hashbrowns were crumbled , the minis bread were stale, they said the coffee machine was broken for the hot coffee but somehow for the meal order gave her iced coffee. Honestly even if the service would have been good I still would have mentioned the food and overcharge. I took a picture as a time stamp when we left just to be accurate. Honestly unless they change up the food and service, you may as well go to a mom & pops breakfast place nearby , than support this store.

But when I get to the window I'm asked to go park and end up waiting an additional 10-15 minutes for the food to come out. What's the point in ordering pick up??? Today I said this was McDonald's last chance at getting any more business from me. I ordered, only waited a few minutes for my food, but then I made a mistake of asking for a sauce for my granddaughter because she likes to dip her fries in it. The lady rudely snapped back and all I understood was "40 cents" so I questioned 40 cents? And then she proceeded to repeat herself and to talk loudly and very slowly as if I were a child. Very uncalled for! I would have paid the 40 cents but it was at that very moment that I decided McDonalds will never get another dime from me!
