I think you deserve "0" stars but unfortunately I have to give at least one. Twice in the last couple months I have ordered on my app. When I get there I wait a minimum of 15 minutes in line before even getting to the window. But when I get to the window I'm asked to go park and end up waiting an additional 10-15 minutes for the food to come out. What's the point in ordering pick up??? Today I said this was McDonald's last chance at getting any more business from me. I ordered, only waited a few minutes for my food, but then I made a mistake of asking for a sauce for my granddaughter because she likes to dip her fries in it. The lady rudely snapped back and all I understood was "40 cents" so I questioned 40 cents? And then she proceeded to repeat herself and to talk loudly and very slowly as if I were a child. I was having a nosebleed for 40 minutes in their bathroom and they refused to give us a cup of water so that I wouldn't pass out. Had to call customer service twice in a month. The first time I went on Jan 2 2024 I waited twenty minutes for food. You would think the food would be hot waiting that long. Boy was I wrong. Everything was cold. I was missing ingredients on my chicken deluxe. I didn't even customize the sandwich. Today we ordered nearly 25 dollars worth. The kiosk did not print a receipt so I asked an employee for one. She looked at me and said they don't print from the kiosk. That's why I'm asking YOU for one. She said they don't print there again. I avoid McD's as much as possible. My work had me 7 miles out in the country, I needed to eat lunch, and Farmville isn't blessed with many choices, so to the golden arches I went. Service was pretty good; I placed my order and had a minimal wait time. Very clean dining area. Seating area had several flat screen tv's . I ordered the Bacon & Swiss Angus Beef Burger. Went online and ordered a large and medium iced coffee. Upon getting there I received a small and a medium caramel macchiato. First I tried to say that I had ordered not whatever it was that was in my hand, they said it was, with a lot of attitude. Next I explained that I had ordered a medium and a large. As a former shift leader of this location, I was fine with the former general manager Amanda. When they switch to Sierra it was all about the money and numbers and not about the customers and service. I was happy with being a manager and pleasing customers. And when they changed focus, I was unhappy working at McDonald's and took a step back away from being a manager and just became a regular crew member. General Manager Sierra was always an hour late and yells at staff for not having things ready (can't have things ready when the boss is always late to help or having staffing issues). Turnover was high. When I work the back register I get yelled at if a car takes more than 30 secs and then switch positions throwing me into other chaos and not knowing where I am at because of all the switching of positions. I was release because I over slept a shift and thought I was off the next day (but wasn't). Wanted me to pay back cash shortages, but with all the switching of positions how can I be blame for cash shortages if they don't take the time to change the cash drawers. Love the job at first until the change of focus and management. Also inconsistent on the lobby opening, tried to go in at 6:45pm and the lobby was locked. If the store closes at midnight, the lobby should at least be open til 10pm. I lot of customers loved me, but the staff is hell and only see numbers. read more

I ordered a large double quarter pounder with cheese meal and they had me pull to the parking spot to wait. 15 minutes later they come out I drive home thinking I should've checked the bag because you know even the simplest jobs can't be done right lol get home and pull out a small fry and the burger had special instructions for no onion extra pickles which I did not order.
