This location usually sucks... like ALOT. Today I will say the food was sooo much better, and better made. I hope someone recognizes their worth and takes this as a win. The taco bell in Farmville has lost my business. The manager working today was so disrespectful to me. I ordered my meal, ran my card through and it said approved on machine. I also received a notification from my banking system that said the money came out of my account. The manager said that it never went through on their end. Although it said on the machine approved and it came out my account. She had the audacity to say "if you want food then you'll have to put your card back in." I refused as I already paid for my food, and said they can refund my money or give me cash. But I wasn't paying double for one meal. Would rate 0 if i could, not the first, not the 2nd time, and probably not even the 3rd time going and being severely disappointed. Several instances of not being open after 6 p.m. during dinner time, orders always wrong, attitude from employees (no one wants to help or take your orders), drive thru not big enough for utility trucks. This store has not been right since 2018. Im purely disgusted by how they treat their paying customers and given food that is almost unedible. Friend got crunchwrap Supreme and he said it tastes rancid, my grilled cheese burrito was placed inside a regular taco paper instead of parchment which then made all the cheese come off. Used the app to place a drive-through breakfast order on my way to work to take to my crew, paid through the app and everything. Arrived around 20 minutes later (approx 07:35, they opened at 07:00). No one at the ordering speaker. Pulled ahead to the window, no one there either. Had to call the restaurant to let someone know I was there. Turned out they only had one person working and that person didn't even know they had an order. One person to prepare a dozen breakfast burritos. I would have just said forget it if I hadn't already paid $25 for the food. Needless to say, it took awhile and I was definitely late to work. Won't be trying this again. Went there yesterday. Ordered two freeze's, the machine stopped working. They gave me two medium cups for sweet tea instead. Ok, but when I asked about the price difference I was informed that it was only 80 cents difference each and I was given a shrug! Been standing inside for 5 minutes waiting and they're standing around slowly making the food and cursing. I don't think they know I'm here. I don't even know if they have even started my order. Best Taco Bell ever! They were understaffed, the drive through was closed, they were out of ice and there were some angry customers but it was awesome. Just don't go to this Taco Bell for fish sticks, be patient, give some props to the employees and it'll work out. read more

This is what I call "my" Taco Bell since it's the one that's closest to me and the one I drive to late at night since I know they're open until 11, but it's such a hit or miss with this location with the food quality. Some days the food is as it should be and on other days I feel so disappointed. The workers here are generally nice, but seem to come and go as the seasons change. Terrible service never get your Oder right and can't even open the doors on time they need new management

I usually don't do reviews but it was terrible. Went to pick up dinner through the drive thru after ordering from the app and the machine wasn't working and had a sign on it that you weren't able to read so I pulled up to the drive through to figure out if I could still pick up my food. The cashier rudely said to go to the front door. I go to the door it was locked tried the other two doors locked. Another customer let me in thankfully. I told them I had a mobile order and the guy asked what I had and made it. Unfortunately everything was wrong felt like random items were thrown in instead of getting what I actually wanted. Also another girl had been waiting twenty minutes with the same issue with the mobile order. Some how I got my incorrect meal before she got her three tacos. I usually have a decent experience with this location but I did not need to run around the building for sh*t food. Should've got cookout. read more

I always find it hard to review fast food restaurants because they are generally all the same, but the service at this Taco Bell really sets them apart. I usually go through the drive though and the service is always fast and the employees are very nice. I've never had any complaints about the food here either. read more

The food is usually pretty good, I've only had one bad experience. The service is mediocre on average; you do manage to get a great employee with a big smile once in a while though. They do have a nice selection of food though and for someone like me with a dozen food allergies and preferences that is always a bonus. read more
