The building shape looks like it is a small hole-in-the-wall fast food place, and that's pretty much what it is. It makes sense when one considers that Victor's is designed to compete with TB. This place is clean and tidy, but quite small and relatively simple with seating for 30 - 40 people. It's more set up for take out than dine in, but you can certainly eat there if you'd like. This was apparently the fourth Dayton franchise. In the bigger picture, they have seven (7) in Ohio and four (4) in Tennessee. Hence, they are small enough to provide that friendly Mom-and-Pop quaintness without that stale corporate vibe. The menu here is a bit more extensive with homier touches compared to TB. They were relatively complete with their variety of Mexican fare and part of their offering is Mexican street food. We were there for lunch so we went a little bit to the light side with tacos. My wife had the shredded chicken tacos and I had the chorizo, egg and cheese tacos. I loved that they had the breakfast tacos as an option. The food was very good. The woman who waited on us was very pleasant and seemed quite interested in making sure we got exactly what we wanted. The prices were also quite fair as we got away with less than $10 per person with water to drink. My only small complaint was that their drinks were limited and the machine was constituted of Pepsi products, which do not suit us. We would have been happy to substitute iced tea but they did not offer it. The dining area, while relatively spartan, was certainly adequate to allow us a place to sit and eat our order. I thought this place was quite good and we would try it again for a quick meal when we're in the area. It's a tasty inexpensive option, particularly for lunch. It's very good for what it is and delivers commensurate with its purpose.

They clearly prioritized people who hadn't even arrived yet over paying customers inside. I tried to ask the manager about the delay and was completely ignored. I then asked a young employee for the corporate 1-800 number. She asked the manager (a shorter woman with thick glasses), who was standing just four feet away. The manager knew I was upset but refused to even turn around to address me. She simply handed the young girl a bag, pointed to the number on it, and had her give it to me. When I finally got my food, half of it was cold from sitting out. To add insult to injury, the completely empty lobby was absolutely disgusting, with food on the floors and uncleaned tables. I have given this place multiple chances, but it fails me every single time. The blatant disregard from management and the filthy dining room are completely unacceptable. I am done.
