I really enjoyed this food today! I ordered the Monster Bisuit meal, a large Diet Dr Pepper, hashbrowns, and two chicken biscuits. I was super excited about trying this out as I know many years ago my grandfather used to frequent different Hardee's locations. I was pleasantly surprised I enjoyed my meal so much. The price wasn't bad at all, the service was really quick (not to mention they took me a little after breakfast time (10:30am) which I highly appreciated it) and the food was fresh! My biscuit was GREAT! It was hot, fresh, and large. I struggled to finish it due to the size, and the large hashbrowns was actually a really good size as well! The Diet Dr Pepper was crispy and bubbly. I struggle finding places who care for their fountain unit, but this was obviously spot on! I look forward to my next meal at this Hardee's. read more

For some reason, its very difficult for this location to get orders correct. Even after notifying the staff of the incorrect order, the offer was to scrape off the cheese that was specifically ordered NOT to be included in the order. After that was pointed out, and a fresh breakfast sandwich was requested, we received a breakfast sandwich on a hamburger bun instead of the texas toast as ordered. Just disappointing all around, and way too difficult to get a sandwich as ordered without having to send it back. Some people have dietary restrictions that require proper food preparation, and scraping off an ingredient that was not supposed to be added is just a setup for liability. That wasn't the only incorrect item that was ordered, but it was the most egregious. Please do better. read more

Online and on the posted open hours it says they're open until 10. I'm on a long trip and starving so I stopped by at 8:30. There was 5 workers in there laughing at me as the door was locked and pointing at me telling me to leave?? Not sure why there getting paid sitting in there doing nothing read more

I waited for my chicken sticks and onion rings to cook only to be told I was given an order of fries because they didn't have a full order of onion rings and was only told this as my bag was stuffed into my hand. I watched several orders of onion rings stacked and put in bags at the drive thru window while I waited. When I got in the car and saw I had three rings and a bag of useless fries I was livid. I didn't order a combo and get a tea because I don't eat fries. I would have preferred to be given an option of a refund or another substitute rather than paying for food to just feed my dogs. I am impressed with everything else at this location except for this issue. I hope management maintains the quality and professional level I see. I would have returned the onion rings but was having car problems and it was best to keep going. Nevertheless, fries are not interchange with fries. I was cheated and waited for the insult. First off I was excited to see another fast food restaurant in this area. I'm loving the chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich! I also love the bottled orange juice! The restaurant is clean and the service is great! I haven't eaten Hardees in a long time since there was never one close by. Had to post this one! A friend stopped by and had a bag from Hardee's he asked my where my trashcan was I said it's right in front of you. He said I can't put it in there. My food is in here. I don't want your dog getting into it. I asked what is wrong with it and he said it's all dried out and taste like sh!t! I asked him what Hardee's in Hueytown! I told him that that Hardee's is so bad! Service sucks, food sucks and don't waste your time or money at any Hardee's around here you would have been better off going to McDonald's and that is not saying much as they are not much better. read more

If you are looking for a great vegan burger try the Beyond Meat Burger at Hardee's. They are DELICIOUS!!!! and cooked to perfection!!!! I order it minus the mayo and cheese. The combo is $7.99 This price and taste can't be beat!!! read more

This place here is a hot mess, how can you get a whole order wrong. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, this is not the first time but will definitely be the last. This Hardee's is full of bad attitude. I moved to this area recently and have frequented this location several times. Ive yet to have a pleasant experience or interaction with the order takers. There's no "thank you" and you better not ask a question about the menu or you best be prepared for all out attitude! Great when they are open.... They never seem to follow a schedule. Sometimes they are open at 5 am, sometimes not til 6am..

Would give it a 0, but the lady who brought our food out is the only reason I'll give it a 1. Order a regular double cheese burger on a sour dough bun, (I know it's not on the menu, but I've ordered it plenty of times before & had no issues with ordering it) we were told to pull up even though there was no one behind us (which I mean no big deal) so we did. The lady who brought it out was so sweet, however they didn't give us straws for our drinks & I wanted some BBQ sauce so my fiancé told the lady who came out that he had forgot to ask for BBQ sauce, & we didn't get straws so he was coming in to grab some. She was so sweet about it all, so he walked in behind her & she told the other lady who was behind the counter that we wanted some bbq sauce, the lady very rudely said "sureeeee" & once she turned around and seen my fiancé was standing in there & heard her little snotty remark her eyes got huge. Then once I looked at my burger I realized that they gave me a kids meal size cheeseburger & slapped it on some sour dough bread, with cheese not melted or anything. It's just beyond frustrating dealing with bad customer service. Don't have a bad attitude if you work in customer service, if you hate servicing to the public then customer service isn't your calling. I don't treat anyone less for their job title, there is absolutely nothing working in fast food, a job is a job period. However, if you're going to be rude then chose a different job title. Never left a review for anything before, but this is just annoying. read more
