Several times I've driven to a Krystal that was supposed to be open, only to find out they were closed, seemingly for no reason. My last trip to Birmingham I found one Krystal that said they were open 24 hours, but was closed when I got there, and one other that was actually open 24 hours. I was there around 10 pm and they were out of everything except burgers and fries. The food is good but my advice is to go early before they get bored and close up, or can't provide your favorite for some reason.

The service is good, when you order at UAB it takes a longer time to pick up but it's the only chick-fil-a on campus and it's a popular restaurant franchise so that's to be expected. If you order at the Hill Student Center, the ambiance is a little crowded but nothing too crazy. You can just wait somewhere in the hill and get updates from the GrubHub app.

Until the employees are held to a higher standard and trained better, this will be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.
