Terriable slow service took over 20 minutes are a burger and fries. There was only about 3 other party's of 1-3 people. Definitely don't recommend as as I was in a rush to get my hotel that only has check in from 2-3 and was running late and this almost made it past the time. read more

Went on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't busy. The staff who helped us were very polite. Our food came out pretty quick and they even brought it to our table for us. My fries were piping hot and the mushroom burger was very tasty. Overall our group was satisfied with our visit to Hardee's. read more

This location serves breakfast till noon on Saturday and Sunday. I go through at 10:50am. I'm told there is a 30 minute wait on biscuits. No worries, I'll be back around in 30 minutes. I wait in the parking lot for that time and then head back to drive-thru. Again I'm told there is a 30 minute wait....but that's what you told me 30 minutes ago. "You have to pay for them before we're going to cook them" Wait? What? At 10:50am you have over an hour left for breakfast service. Most of the menu items offered include a biscuit. So you just decide to not offer your menu?? And the website feedback, which is the only way to contact them, is a complete joke. Wow, where in the world do I start with this review? For one, please fire every manager working there, they have no control of their staff! I went inside because the drive-through was long. As soon as I walked in there was this stench coming from somewhere, kind of smell like a wet basement. The inside of the store sort of looks like the inside of a run down off the highway gas station, the drink station was horrible, nasty stains everywhere. if I would have stayed longer, I probably could have seen a roach or two. Side note, the staff are actually pretty friendly, not the cleanest looking people, kind of look like prisoners on work release, but their attitude is decent. After I received my food, I proceeded to exit the restaurant, right outside of the door, I mean 3 feet in front of the door, a worker with his uniform on was smoking a cigarette, he was so close the smoke hit my face as soon as I opened the door. He didn't try to hide it, move to the side or anything. What if I had my small children with me? That was unacceptable. But this wasn't it. As I was started my vehicle up, the girl that took my order appeared in my rearview mirror, she sat down on the side curb, a foot next to the drive-through lane, and lights a cigarette. So the customers that were pulling up, would get welcomed by her and her smoke. I know these things sound wild, so I took pictures to back my story up. Please fix this place! read more

This was the worst fast food experience I have ever had. We only came here bc we needed something fast. It took THIRTY minutes to get chicken fingers and fries. The manager refused to come talk to me. I am looking forward to calling corporate tomorrow. Horrible, ridiculous customer service. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Also, one employee smoked and then didn't wash her hands. The place was disgusting with overflowing trash cans. With so many employees standing around ... shameful. My husband and I have eaten here once a month at least in the last year. We love their burgers and chicken strips! The food is fresh and the tomatoes, lettuce, onions are the freshest and best-tasting that we have enjoyed in any fast food restaurant. The service is always polite and quick--we have never had to wait long. And we have never been served fries that aren't fresh or had our ketchup not placed in the bag when we specifically asked for it (which has happened more than once at another popular fast food business that I won't mention by name). If you haven't tried them in a while, why not give them another chance? I gave this review because their reviews are not recent and they are doing a wonderful job now! Although I hate to see the lines pick up (right now they are easy to get through quickly), they deserve the respect they have earned as a great place to get food fast! read more

It took the cook a long time to cook our order of chicken tenders, hamburgers and fries. Then when it arrived it was cold and tasteless and poorly presented. The crew there was also unimpressive. There was a crew member smoking right outside the restaurant door and she went right back to work behind the counter without washing her hands. So was traveling with the fam back to TN and we had a craving for Junk food. This is the place. Absolutely nothing healthy on the menu, but that's just the way we like it. You don't come here to eat healthy, you come here to eat junk food, get full, and then have to go to the restroom down the road sometime. The staff was very friendly. Our order of hand-breaded chicken tenders arrived to our table hot and fresh and in a timely fashion. The female restroom was clean, but there was no soap in the dispenser. My boyfriend said the male restroom was clean and it had soap. After eating, we walked our dog around the grass area that's in front of the restaurant and we encountered an employee pulling weeds. He greeted us with a smile and made small talk about where we're from and where we're headed. Overall, it was a nice fast food restaurant stop on our way back to Georgia. read more

Traveling home, my kiddos got hungry. We found Hardee's in Lexington, VA and decided to stop. My first sign that I should walk out was the filth of the bathroom, but they were hungry and I'd driven over 6 hours so I just wanted to relax. My second sign should have been when I saw the staff sitting around in the dinning area. We ordered our food. When we went to fill our drinks, it was clear the soda machine nor the area around the soda machine had been cleaned in quite some time. It was sticky and splattered with soda splashes. Again, we were hungry and tired, so I just dealt with it. I went to the counter because I needed ketchup and there were no ketchup cups at the soda/ketchup station. I stood there for a good 3 minutes before the girl finally realized I needed assistance. I sat back at our table. While we ate our meals, I watched staff walk around with no initiative to clean. I am completely disappointed and disgusted by the state of this specific restaurant. Hardee's is my husbands favorite fast food chain, but I don't know if I will be able to stomach going there anymore. read more
